The Gaggia Syncrony Logic is easy to use, easy to clean, nice to look at. Makes a delicious cup of coffee/espresso in any size at any grind using whole or preground beans, although espresso grind is recommended. This espresso maker also steams milk, or provides hot water for soups or cocoa & tea. To avoid needing special scale removers (can't use vinegar) use distilled water. Must use preground flavored beans. Flavored beans will build up on the grinder burrs. Next Gaggia will be plumbed...as the large tank on this machine has to be filled daily with our normal usage.
