have always had central air until this house. not available in this rental unit.  now have 2 window units, 6000 BTU each, very quiet running and they keep my 6 room house very cool. even the dogs are complaining too cool as they stay hidden under blankets to keep warm and husband just sets in his recliner infront of one with a blanket and sleep most of the afternoon when he gets home from work.

The air conditioner is just Awsome. I went to a friends house that had this and got enchanted. It can Do almost everything the Air Conditionairs do with the minimum spent of energy. Because of this, I think it is really, really great. It **cares about global warming**. I got to this conclusion because it wastes a very low quantity of energy. And this is good for all the world. Right now, I don't have one, but when I receive my next month's payment, I'm sure this will be the first thing I'll buy. In my city, it's hard to find this kind of thing, but on a weekend, I'll certainly go to Miami to visit the mall, my friends and the beach and, then, I visit a store in which sells this and buy. Thank you very much for producing such an air conditionair. At the heat of Florida, it's difficult to live without one. And, my currently air conditionair is not very good, principally because it wastes lots of energy. But, I'm pretty sure this one is different. One more time, thanks for producing such a good thing for America and for all the humanity... I'm really thanked!!!

This product is very poorly made and has the worst customer service ever! I bought this product online and when it arrived on my doorstep I was so excited to see it, now I dread the day I first put my eyes on it. Not only is the hunk of junk very poorly made, a few parts thats supposed to be included was not. I tried calling their customer service and I could not reach them, sent emails with no replies. So their customer service is pretty much non existent. This is a large unit and was sitting in my living room unable to be installed. After calling a few dozen times I decided to try one more time and they finally picked up and I must say they were no help at all, they told me to wait 3-4 weeks for them to ship the missing parts and that I would have to pay for the parts. I decided just to return the entire thing. Trust me spend the extra money and buy a better brand, this unit is very cheaply made. I would not give this to my worst enemy.

I thought I was taking a risk buying a name brande airconditioner that I had never heard of before but I reasearched Haier on the internet and found many statisfied customers and diecided to try it.  I am very happy that I did.  This air conditioner is LIGHT, my husband who is not very strong can easily lift it and put it in and take   it out of the window each season.  It is QUIET.  It seems to be as quite as mhy much more expensive Quasar.  It looks relatively nice, well as nice as an air conditioneer hangingt out a window can look.  It cools very well and quickly and ahas all the required energy efficiency ratings.  I only gave this foru stars because the air vents that circkulate the air have stopped working automatically and require you to manually move them.    The digitial display is clearly and easy  to use and understand.  The remote is good as well, except that I'm alwasy losing it :)

I find the Haier ESA3105 to be the best air conditioning unit I have ever owned.  The unit itself is surprisingly lightweight and easy to handle.  The controls are clearly labeled and simple enough for my seven year old to manipulate.  Because it is lightweight, I utilize this unit in my wall which reduces my concerns about support.  Because of the internal bottom pan, I no longer have to worry about condensation or drippage from coils.  My other two units have to be set at sixty degrees in order to keep my room(s) at seventy two degrees.  This unit can actually be set for seventy-one and still keep a seventy two degree temperature!  However minute this may sound, I was overjoyed to find the cord matched the unit which in turn matched my wall.  I still used a cord concealer but it is far less obvious than the bulky and unbecoming grey cord I find attached to most units.  The unit is alos sophistaced and aesthetically appealing.
