I love this little blender for several reasons- 1-We are a smoothie loving family! This blender is a great multi speed unit for everything from crushing ice to blending. 2-The blades and canister are easy to clean 3-The retro look of the unit is AWESOME!!! I looked high and low for something to match my 1950's style kitchen so I could keep it out on the counter. This blender fit all of my expectations. 4- The price is EXCELLENT!!! Blending Power Have used it mostly for ice based drinks so we know it has some serious power behind it. Versatility So far its worked great for everything we have used it for! Ease of Cleaning SUPER EASY TO CLEAN!!!!!! That is the biggest factor on why we are so pleased with the blender. Ease of Use My 15 year old and 8 year old use ours to make smoothies and shakes several times a week. Design Fits great in my retro style kitchen!!!! The sleek design and bright red color are fabulous. The color hasnt faded, the housing hasnt cracked or chipped by being moved around and the container hasnt scratched or clouded. Durability Have been using it 3-5 times a week for over 6 months without a single issue! It doesnt seem to be slowing in the slightest. It is just as powerful as the day I took it out of the box
