After reviewing toasters everywhere and reading consumer reviews too, I asked for this toaster from my son for Christmas.  What a great appliance!  The slots are side enough for thick sliced breads and bagels and the toasting is spot on.  It does have a crumb tray and that is really helpful in cleaning.  I realize we can have everything and this toaster is a little larger than most but I sacrificed smaller size for better results and got them!
