I don't know what I would do without my Hamilton Beach mixer! We are making lots of cookies for our thanksgiving get together and if I didn't have this mixer our recipes would take us a lot longer to put together! The soft scrape pieces are the best - as I run the mixer in my glass bowl I don't have to hear the beaters hitting the sides (LOVE)!!! Design I love the storage case that snaps on the bottom to keep all the attachments together!

One of my attractions to this particular hand mixer was the fact that it comes with a storage case to store the five attachments that come with the mixer. Also, you snap the storage case under the mixer itself, so it's really convenient if you have limited space to store your many kitchen gadgets, like myself. This is my first-ever mixer of any kind, so I'm having fun baking things just because I can now do it easily! No more clumps of unmixed ingredients because my wooden spoon wasn't doing the job well enough. Mixing Performance I've made several things with this mixer and have gotten good results each time. I had a little trouble mixing chocolate chip cookie dough, so next time I made that dough, I didn't add the chocolate chips until the batter was fully mixed. That really helped. Ease of Cleaning This is super easy to clean because you just put all the attachments in the dishwasher! I put the silicone coated attachments in there too! Ease of Use Simply insert the attachments into the designated holes and flip the switch. There are a ton of speeds and a "quick burst" button, so even beginning mixers can figure this out. Design I like that this mixer not only comes with a storage case, but also comes with two metal beaters, two silicone coated metal beaters and a whisk. It has everything I need and I have all the pieces together.
