I have long fine hair, and lots of it! Great dandruff control, and normally two in one shampoo's don't work for me, However this one is fantastic. My hair is also a mix between curly and wavy, and needs some serious conditioners when not using head and shoulders. I was not expecting this two in one to be effective for both shampoo and conditioner purposes, but I didn't have to use additional conditioner after this, which was a wonderful surprise. Effectiveness Right from the first wash this helps with dandruff control and continues to keep it away. I have also noticed my hair does not seem as damaged as it used to, and I have noticed less split ends. My hair is also silky and soft after using head and shoulders two in one. Scent With a variety of scents available, this is definitely one of my favourites. Nice and fresh and luckily not too feminine since I share with my boyfriend, he is also happy with the scent.

I usually don't use 2-1 shampoo combos because they leave my scalp too oily. I tried this on a whim and love it. I still use a conditioner afterwards on the ends of my hair because it is pretty dry and damaged, but this combo does a great job by itself. It has a refreshing tingly sensation and leaves my hair clean. Doesn't leave a greasy residue like some combos do. The smell is great, it lathers great, and rinses easily and clean. I will say that you do not want to get this stuff in your eyes.. it burns far beyond other shampoos. Effectiveness I do not get dandruff, so I can't comment on that. But this does a great job of getting my hair clean, leaving it soft and manageable, and giving me an evening boost. It isn't going to work as a stand-alone for my super dry hair, but it gives it some extra moisture without leaving it greasy. Scent This combo has a really pleasant minty smell that isn't too over whelming. The smell is really rejuvenating in itself.

I always used to like this shampoo. I never really needed it, but i would use it anyway. i stopped using it for a few years and then all of sudden my scalp was getting really flakey so i decided to use it again. it smells really good, but it wasnt very effective as far as clearing dandruff goes. i dont know if its just me but it seemed like it made my hair fall out alot more than normal. it also seemed like it was making my hair sort of stretchy and my scalp more flakey. i stopped using it and now my hair doesnt fall out as much and isnt like elasticy or anything,

I used head and sholder when I was growing up and once I could buy my own stuff - I stopped.  After all, that was the shampoo my dad used.  Recently my scalp was irritated and I returned to the old-faithful.  However, it wasn't - this was a new and imporved Head and Shoulder.  It stills has the same great ability to calm your scalp but they have greatly improved what it does for your hair.  There are different types from volumizing to shine.  The best thing about this new head & shoulder's is that it smells terrific and leaves my hair feeling soft and shiny and I don't have to get all this extra conditioner or freak out if I run out of conditioner because there is enough in there to keep my hair manageable.  I color my hair and I don't need to get a separate shampoo because it is mild enough to use everyday, which I do, yet cleans my hair without drying my scalp.  I buy the Ocean Lift and love the scent and the way it leaves my hair. Aesthetically, the bottle is great also because when you are running low you can stand it on its head and you don't have to wait for the shampoo to roll down and out

I like using head and shoulders. I usually get the dry scalp care, but I decided to get a different kind of head and shoulders this time. I like the smell of the shampoo, and I decided that I would try it to see if it actually does give me more volume since my hair tends to be pretty flat.  I would say that it does give me more of a lift. I also love the two in one shampoo/conditioner because I think it does save on costs because you don't have to buy a separate conditioner, and you don't have to worry about finding a different conditioner that works with the head and shoulders shampoo.  Plus, I am lazy and like to do things the easy way.  I don't like having to worry about shampooing my hair and then conditioning it after that.  I have a three year old son so I need to be able to get in and out of the shower as quickly as possible.  I like being able to multi-task, and I like to use products that allow me to multi-task.  I would recommend this product.

I really like this combo. I don't usually buy the 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner combo because they don't seem to work as well as the seperates and tend to leave my hair greasy, but I am really glad I bought this product. My scalp gets really dry in winter so I like to have a dandruff shampoo for the winter months, I usually just buy regular head and shoulders and just the shampoo. the combo is great because it takes up less time in the shower. It also leaves hair clean, smooth, and shiney. My hair can get really tangled in the shower, but with this product I can brush my hair after a shower with little pain and without pulling out half my hair in the process. It also really takes care of the dandruff. The smell is wonderful! I say this because I can use it without smelling like a man, but my husband can also use it without smelling like a girl. So it saves us money since we don't need to buy different shampoos or conditioners for both of us. Plus head and shoulders is generally cheaper than the other dandruff shampoos anyway. This product is quality at a good price.

I originally purchased this product for my guests to use in my guest bathroom. I picked it because it was a 2-in-1 product, a familiar brand, and on the cheaper side. I decided to use the product for myself one day and I was amazed. I normally use a Biolage volumizing shampoo and conditioner, which as we all know can get pricey. I was surprised to see that the head and shoulders ocean lift product worked better with my hair. It left my hair feeling cleaner and fuller than with the Biolage shampoo. Also, my hair styling products (a straightening gel and volumizing foam) still work effectively with the change in shampoo. As I said before, I bought this product for my guests and now I find myself stealing it from the guest bathroom to use for myself. My husband also uses this product and is pleased. I will be buying Head and Shoulders Ocean Lift for personal use in the future.

Head and Shoulders Ocean Lift 2 in 1 Shampoo and Conditioner is a great product, specially if you tend to have dry, itchy scalp or dandruff. The light, clean scent is wonderful and no one would ever guess you're using a dandruff shampoo. This shampoo/conditioner leaves your hair soft and easy to style and can be used every day if you shampoo that often. The bottle recommends you use it at least twice a week. I started using it when I had very long colored hair and was happy to find it did not strip my color or leave my ends dry. I now have very short hair in my natural color and it is shiny and healthy looking. And guess what? No more embarrassing itchy, dry scalp or flakes! I love this product. I shampoo my hair two to three times per week with Head and Shoulders Ocean Lift 2 in 1 Shampoo and Conditioner and it keeps my hair looking perfect. The only criticism I have of this shampoo is it really burns if you accidentally get it in your eyes and you need to rinse it out quickly. Otherwise it is the perfect product as far as I am concerned.
