I decided to start taking Holista Women's Probiotic with Cranberry Extract about a year ago and have never felt better. Before starting the vitamins, I was feeling run down and sluggish most of the time and had to fight to find much needed energy at the end of my work day. Since taking Holista Women's Probiotic with Cranberry Extract, I have felt so much better. My energy levels are out of this world. I am feeling less stressed and have much more patience. I have been sleeping throughout the night, waking up to feel well rested and ready to start my day. I don't get the afternoon cravings like before and have even lost a couple of pounds. I think Holista Women's Probiotic with Cranberry Extract has been the best vitamin that I myself have ran across in a very long time. I will continue to take Holista Women's Probiotic with Cranberry Extract and would definitely recommend it to all women.

I had been having some irregularity issues in recent months and nothing I tried seems to work for any length of time. I came across this and thought it was worth a try. Finally something that it not a hassle to take that actually work, like it says. It took about a week, to fully get into my system after taking every day with water. i am proud to say i am 100% percent regular, all from a little pill containing the good bacteria, plus the added advantage of the cranberry extract. It gave me the extra boost I needed at the time, because i was not weighed down by you know what. One thing to remember you have to keep taking it, as you can revert back to feeling and being irregular again, so don't stop because you all of a sudden feel better. Plus it is not such a bad thing to take, small pill well worth it in the end and it is reasonably price at your local vitamin store. Very pleased with this product.
