Hoover Vacuums-JUNK!
I took my time shopping around for a new vacuum, comparing prices, brands and features. I settled on this Hoover vacuum and regret my desicion. I had nothing but headaches with it and with Hoover customer service. After only having it a month, the motor overheated. After about a week of playing phone tag with Hoover customer service, they finally sent a box for me to ship my vacuum to them for repair. They replaced the motor and sent it back to me, free of charge. 2 weeks later, the same thing happened again, and again it was a major headache trying to get through to customer service and getting them to fix it. This time, I had to pay to ship it and also had to pay to ship it back to me after they fixed it. I had it about 4 months when the motor burned out a 3rd time. I was fed up. I asked Hoover why this kept happening and they said it was just a manufacturer error. On 3 motors????? I'll never buy a Hoover again!
