I had a house full of kids 3 of my own and a total of about 11 with step kids..so we used our vacuum a couple times aday...and it never let me down..

Ever since Dyson has released their vacuum to the world, it seems as though everyone has tried to copy the design in some way. I tried out this Hoover because the price was right, and it reminded me a lot of my Dyson. The suction of this vacuum is not the greatest, and I found that it has trouble picking up some things on the linoleum floors in my house. The canister is very easy to detach, and empty. It has great maneuverability, which is great for a living room with a lot of furniture in it, like mine. All in all, its not a bad vacuum, and for the price, its pretty hard to complain. If your looking for something to compare to Dyson however, it does not. Maneuverability Very good maneuverability, and great for the smaller, or more crowded rooms in the house. Ease of Maintenance The canister was easy to remove, and to empty. Suction Performance This Hoover did not have the best suction. It had trouble picking things up on my linoleum floor.

For the price it is a great vacuum. It sucks well and maneuvers well as most vacuums do. It has the standard hose and is fairly light weight for stairs. There are of course other vacuums that are better suited for these things but they also cost a lot more than this one. So depending on your budget is what you get. Mine was limited when I got this one so this is what I settled with. It worked fine for what I need it for. Maneuverability It is a standard vacuum. I dont have curved walls in my house and I tend to move my furniture rather than try and vacuum around it. And I have this thing about wanting straight lines in my carpet when I am done. Maybe I am a bit OCD but it was how I was raised to do it. It gets into the corners pretty well but again the OCD kicks in and I have always swept my corners first anyway because I have never found a vacuum that got deep enough to please me. Ease of Maintenance This machine is easy to maintain and keep clean. I hate dealing with bags and having to take things apart to do anything with them. This one is easy just click dump and done. I never had to change a belt or anything like that but it didnt look like it would have been hard to do that either. Everything was easy to use and keep clean on this machine. Suction Performance I never had a problem with the suction on this machine and I have 3 dogs, 2 cats and a bird. And that is just the animal population of my house, Im not even going to mention the kids (toddler to teens). We have carpet in over half our house and I have to vacuum at least once a day if not 3-4 times a day. Vacuums do not tend to hold up in my house. Between the hair and cheerios and feathers and everything else that ends up on the floor and furniture they tend to die within 6 months due to engine burn out or something else catastrophic. This one held up pretty well, it was worth it. Versatility This did what I needed it to do when I needed it to do it so I am pleased with its performance. It lasted for about a year so well worth the money I payed for it. I was able to do the carpets, furniture, ceilings, drapes, even the car so it was very versatile. Design It was well designed and put together. It worked well, it could have been a little more compact to put away (a fold up maybe) And if possible lighter, I have a bad back. Its not that this one is all that heavy, its not. A 4 pound bag of sugar makes my back hurt. But when you have to vacuum as much as I do the lighter the better. Durability It held up really well to all the strain I put it through. And I put my vacuums through it all and more. I would certainly buy another if I had to but I often buy other brands just to see the difference in them.

I got this for a great price on sale at kohls. This is hands down the best vacuum I have ever used. It picks up everything...it's not heavy, and it looks nice. I don't know what else I could ask for. Maneuverability It can be a bit difficult to get around certain objects but overall with all the attachments this vacuum is so easy to use. Ease of Maintenance I love that this is a bag less vacuum. I wouldn't have bought it in it used bags I don't even know where to buy a vacuum that uses bags. Haha. This makes its super easy to clean up then toss the dirt in the trash. Suction Performance This product gets all the dirt, hair, m&ms and whatnot up off my floors. Versatility I enjoy all the attachments that this vacuum comes with. There is no job I can't tackle with this vacuum. Design The way a product looks greatly influences me. And this vacuum is cute. It's not big and bulky the colors are nice. Durability I have had this vacuum for about six months and there is no problems I believe that I will have it for a very long time.

I bought this Hoover WindTunnel Air Bagless Upright Vacuum about two months ago for a birthday gift for my sister. She was so impressed by it's power that I went out and bought the exact same one for myself! I use it almost daily and the power of this vacuum is very impressive. It picks up all of the dog hair left behind by my german shepherd with no problems whatsoever. The fact that it is bagless is a huge plus because I love that I do not need to buy vacuum cleaner bags. I would highly recommend this vacuum to anyone that likes a very clean house! Maneuverability This vacuum is very easy to move and maneuver around tight corners and furniture. Ease of Maintenance I have not had to do anything to this vacuum except dump out the contents that I vacuum up from the floor! Suction Performance It sucks the dog hair and lint that is around the carpet with great ease. Versatility I love this vacuum because I use it on my hardwoods and carpets. Design The design of this vacuum is very nice and pleasing. Durability I think this vacuum is quite durable since it is very sturdy.

I have had a lot of vacuums throughout the years, but have never been more pleased with my Hoover WindTunnel Air Bagless Upright. NO MORE TRYING TO REMEMBER THE BAG TYPE - Was it Y, X, AC. UGH! Now, I can simply vacuum & empty. I can't believe how light it is, how great it picks up on both carpets and non-carpet floors, and how easy it is to clean. I was skeptical at first about bag less, but was soon pleased with how easy it is to empty and to clean out the filters and canister. Maneuverability The swivel capability is amazing - allowing me the ability to get around furniture with ease. The cord is extra extra long and I can do the entire downstairs of my house without having to move the plug. It's light-weight and easy to push and pull. The attachments work great for doing the stairs and near the base boards, as well as the bathroom floors. The arm attachment and hose is very long, but not too long, allowing me to reach high places - like the tops of the curtains. Ease of Maintenance It is really easy to clean out the dirt canister, as well as the filter and internal parts. All the parts can be rinsed off with soapy water. It literally takes only seconds to empty the dirt collected in the canister. Just open the latch and pour into trash! Suction Performance Awesome SUCTION! This vacuum picks up everything, but most of all - it's great at picking up hair! As a person with longer hair, I seem to see it on all my floors. But, with my Hoover, I can vacuum it up quickly and it gets it all. It vacuums floors, rugs and carpet very well. Versatility It's versatile, but I wish it had a few more attachments. I'd love an attachment that I can use on my stairs that has a wider, hand-held brush. The skinnier hand-held attachment is great for around the base boards, but not too good on stairs. It's hard to use the actual vacuum on the stairs, so an attachment is necessary. Design I love how easy it is to snap the hose into the machine for using the attachments and then back again to using the standard vacuuming. It's really easy to unlatch the handle and hose. The vacuum is sleek and I love the cool colors. Durability I have had my vacuum for over a year and haven't had one issue yet. Everything is still looking brand new. The latches are still holding strong, not becoming weak with use. The canister and filter clean well and have held their shapes great. The brushes at the bottom of the vacuum look great still.

Overall we have been very pleased with this vacuum. It is fairly priced and does a really good job. The suction is pretty strong and if you keep the canister empty and fibers out of the bristles of the beater bar it doesn't really have an opportunity to clog up and lose suction. We have two cats and a dog and it does very well with the fur. The only bad thing about that is you have to empty the canister and cut the hair, dental floss, carpet strands, etc out of the beater bar once or twice a month. But that also means it is doing its job. Based on that fact and the canister size, it is good for a small to medium sized house. Maneuverability I find that it has great maneuverability. This is probably because the head on it is very low profile so it fits under and around stuff well and is not clunky. If you don't want to bother with the attachment, the head even works well on stairs. The base rotates a full 180 degrees back so you can lift it and vacuum the stairs with the beater bar. Design It is decently designed but has a few issues with the attachments. The hose extender is supposed to fit into a clip on the side of the vacuum. However, the first time your vacuum falls over or you drop it the clip will break and then the hose doesn't stay on. Not that you cant keep it separate but it is a pain.

Could. Not. Love. It. More. Seriously, I have bought over a dozen vacuums in my time, and have inherited several more, and none of them come close to this vacuum! I kind of happened upon it by happy accident. I had just moved from the UK back to California and ended up in a two story house. The UK has different plugs and electrical current, so I couldn't bring my vacuum back with me, so I headed out to get one. I needed it light enough to drag up and down the stairs, and powerful enough to keep the hair and fluff of four kids, three cats, two dogs and two parents at bay. This product more than does it! It maneuvers very easily, and has a low profile when flat, so it gets under a lot of things bulkier vacuums can't. It is so small and lightweight that even 3 of my 4 kids can take it up and down the stairs. Because of that, I wasn't expecting much power. Boy, was I wrong! If anything, this is almost too powerful. . .it gets up so much fluff and junk and dirt that the generous bagless container gets filled in just one or two rooms, that are vacuumed regularly! It's very easy to dump the dirt, though. . .so much easier than a bag. . .so that isn't a big deal. The only negative I have, and it is a slight one, is that sometimes long hair or threads can get wound around the roller, which could cause a problem if it isn't sorted relatively fast. But if you keep the container and filters clean, and an eye on the roller, you are going to just LOVE this vacuum. . .

I wanted a vacuum that could do it all, carpets, hardwood floors, stairs, upholstery, dusting. I came across this vacuum after reading a lot of reviews for vacuums and I just couldn't wait to get it! I got the steerable version and am thrilled at how much it can do and how lightweight it is. I did buy the pet hair adapter separately to do upholstery as we have a dog abd a cat that shed a lot after winter. I can do all floors easily, dust, carry up and down stairs with ease. The best part is that it's so lightweight abd easy to steer that I can carry my baby in one arm and vacuum with the other...a must for any stay at home mom with young kids! This vacuum has a very long warranty on it (I think it's 5 years if I remember correctly). It is bagless and has a washable filter, so no extra fees with this one which makes me extra happy! It doesn't come with a lot of adapters, but enough to get the job done to my satisfaction.
