We got this crib before our first child was born and have used it through two kids now.  It was really easy for my husband to set up and has held up fine.  It is not particularly easy to adjust the mattress height, as you do have to unscrew all 4 sides; it really is a 2 person job.  I also have had some difficulty changing the sheet without taking the mattress all the way out - I am 5'5 and reaching the corners of the mattress without moving the entire crib away from the wall is not easy.  I have also noticed that it's hard to put a sleeping baby in it without practically having to drop her the last few inches since the rail isn't adjustable.  It's the crib we have and we've learned to adjust to these things, and I'm not sure I would even get a different one if I had the option, so these are just things I've noticed.  The outside rail top is all chewed up from Child #1, and the varnish has come off in quite a few spots - but this is mostly our fault for not putting those plastic guard things on it.
