I got this product because i have always wanted red hair. I just wanted to see what i would look with this color of hair, and if i didn't like it it would come out. This particular color of dye is red but with more of an orange-ish tint/undertone. it takes about 20min to color the hair and it stays in about 2 weeks. The smell of the dye is very sweet and you can smell it on your hair for a couple of days after thy dying process, but then it goes away. When you are putting the dye in your hair you don't really need to wear gloves because the dye washes off your hands very well (even though when you look at your hands while dying they might look pretty stained.) The bottle says that you should put a protective cream around your scalp, but i find you don't need to do that either. After all the dye is out and your hair is dry, your hair feel so soft and silky. Also this dye does not damage your hair in amy way.
