I really did love this tub. My daughter used it for the past year or so, but after time it got a small hole in the crease and leaked air until we could no longer use it. We glued the edge to make it last another 2-3 weeks until the hole just got to large to mend it. Still I would give it a 4 star recommendation for two reasons. One, it lasted long enough to transition my daughter from a the baby tub into using the regular big tub. Second, toddlers are rough so maybe my daughter just wore the tub out. She loved to play in the bath and we gave her one every day, although some kids only need a bath every other day. Also, this tub is safe. Toddlers wiggle around so much that the inflatable tubs are really the best way to go. They are roomier than the baby tubs so kids can play a bit, but they protect the kids from hitting their heads on something too hard. The design was cute, and over the tub was pretty inexpensive, so if you're thinking about getting one for your kid, do.

I got this inflatable tub when my son was just starting to sit up, and was outgrowing his infant tub. I thought it was a necessary purchase, because it would be good to transition from baby to toddler. It eased my mind to know that he had a soft surface all around him -- those wet, soapy babies get awfully slippery! But it was a pain to have to blow it up all the time -- and I didn't have the space to store it while it was inflated. Here's the thing, though -- he outgrew it in just a few months.  He went so quickly from being wobbly to being completely stable on his own.  I think I could have soldiered through a couple of months worth of bathing him in a clean sink where I could hold on to him securely -- instead of moving him to the bath tub so early. I could have spared myself the expense of this product, and the hassle of blowing it up all the time.  All in all, if you really think you NEED this item, it's a good one for what it is.  But if I had to do it again, I wouldn't waste my money.
