I have been very happy with this vacuum. I really like having the canister rather than an upright. I feel you can get under furniture and in corners and such, much easier. I like that you can switch from carpet to floor on the handle as you are vacuuming. I did have some trouble with the retractable cord in the first year, but it was still under warranty and so it was fixed for free. I am able to order the vacuum bags online easily & cheaply. I have been very happy with it.
