Don't have prior experiance. Works great. A little loud. (It shares a wall with the TV on the other side. Cleans great. Easy to load and operate. Has child lock and drain screen for loose items and large debris. Noise Level IDK how loud they normally are but could be quiter. Louder if you use cleaner pucks instead of soft packs. Can hear it upstairs when puck falls Cleaning Time Once again no prior experience but takes about an hour Loading Flexibility No prior to compare it to but it holds alot. Two slide out drawers and 4 silverware holders with folding covers to keep light items from flying around. Performance No issues with stains or left behind food. Hard cleaner puck is really audible when it drops. I have switched to soft packs of detergent. Other than that is not bad noise wise. Design Looks standard to me. Sleek. Fits my cabinets great. Easy to install. Durability No a single issue in 3 years. Easy to operate. Has removable screen for loose items and loose debris.
