We got this oven when we moved into our house a couple of years ago. It is a pretty basic gas oven with a 4-burner range and a broiler. For the most part, it does the job. It has an interior light and two removable interior racks. I have two chief complaints about this product. For one thing, every now and then, the oven doesn't get up to temperature. We'll set it for 350, it will say that it's preheated, and the temp will be right around 350 degrees. But then when I check it about half an hour later, sometimes it won't be close to 350 degrees anymore, and will have fallen to around 250. I have to turn it off and then back on again, and it will heat back up to 350 degrees. It doesn't seem to happen when the temperature is set above 450 degrees. And, it doesn't happen every time we bake at 350 degrees, just sometimes. The second thing that bothers me about this unit is that it's so hard to clean. The drip pans are difficult to clean, and don't fit very snugly, so liquid gets down underneath them sometimes. Heat Distribution Sometimes the left side gets hotter than the right side, and I need to rotate whatever I'm baking to make sure it cooks evenly.
