Only had the vacuum for a year before it wouldn't even turn on any longer. Maneuverability Pulling the canister gets tricky! Ease of Maintenance It is difficult to get the bags in and out when full. Suction Performance I have 2 long haired cats and we were constantly having problems with suction due to hair clogs. Versatility Hard to use from room to room with the canister dragging and impossible on a flight of stairs. Durability Only a year of use and the button that was the power on the back of the canister stopped working.

The best vacuum I ever owned. Does an exceptional job of cleaning pet hair from carpet--even gets the pine needles that come in from outside. Has attachments for sofas, drapes, under refrigerator, nooks and crannies, etc. The hose is heavy duty (not that cheap plastic). The cord is extra long and automatically stores inside of canister. The power attachment for carpet has a headlight Maneuverability Has bumper guards. Easily goes where you pull it. Ease of Maintenance Just change the bag when full. Versatility Wish it had an attachment for fan blades. Durability I have been using it now for 14 months. I love it!
