I have had the Kenmore White 4.2 cu. ft. Front-Load Washing Machine /w Steam for over a year now and I still love it. The washer is very energy efficient. It uses much less water and much less detergent. It has numerous wash cycle, water temperature and spin cycle choices. One of the main advantages of this washer is that the high velocity spin pulls most of the water out of the clothes so that they dry much more quickly. The number of choices can be overwhelming, but there is the option to create and set your favorite cycle, and you can easily and quickly select that option. I always add in an extra rinse, just to make sure all the soap is rinsed out, since so little water is used in the process. Even though I've had the washer for a year, I have never used the steam cycle and am not sure why I purchased that feature. This washer has a large capacity and has done a very good job cleaning clothes. So far we have had no trouble with it whatsoever.

The decision to purchase a front-loading washer was confirmed when the features were described by the sales person. Not only is this an energy efficient appliance, it uses less detergent and other laundry products, too. The larger load capacity is a plus resulting in less loads of laundry to be washed. Superior cleaning is the result when clothes come out less wrinkled and items that were not generally included in a washer with an agitator can be added without fear of the item being damaged (for example: bras and delicate lingerie). The spin speed is adjustable, water temperature can be selected and cycles can be combined (second rinse, additional spin cycle, etc.). There are other selection features as well such as timed delay and a signal for when the cycle is complete. The laundry product dispenser is removal for easy cleaning. The optional storage pedestal adds convenience and provides additional height.

I purchased the Kemore washer with a little skepticism.  I really didn't believe it would do the job.  Was I wrong.  I love the clean clothes and the small amount of detergent it takes.  I have saved a lot of money by using the Kemore Elite.  I will recommend  it to other people.

I've had my Kenmore HE3 washer for over four years-never had a single problem and it does a great job cleaning my clothes. It's quiet and efficient. I think it's one of the best on the market! It has a large capacity-way more than my previous top load. I also love the Custom Program option.
