This is a great brand and good for a basic blender. Always happy with kitchen aid products. Unhappy that it wasn't as powerful as I wanted- considering the price. Plastic at bottom of cup that sat on mixer broke and that was it. disappointed the bottom portion was made of plastic. Very easy not to put glass on base properly. Blender will run but at the same time the plastic is falling apart be aide not a good fit. Blending Power ok, but sometimes not strong enough for full cup. Large glass container but couldn't fill half way and get reliable results Versatility able to do different things with lots of speeds and settings Ease of Cleaning always had trouble getting every bit out. Trick! Rinse and then add a little water and drop of soap. Turn machine on and let work with soap. Gets gunk on bottom out :) Ease of Use easy to understand and control Design plastic piece at bottle of cup connecting to top of mixer is poor design and cracked which made the whole thing useless Durability plastic piece is no good!

I love this thing. I really didn't think I would get much use out of it after getting it from a family member for my birthday, but I have. I blends anything I put in it in no time. I love making fruit smoothies any the like with it. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. Blending Power Super fast. Versatility I can blend ANYTHING with it. Ease of Cleaning As someone who hates cleaning. I have no problems with this blender. Ease of Use I had never used one and was able to figure it out quickly. Design Beautiful. Durability I haven't broke it yet:).

I've had my KitchenAid 3 speed mixer for 2 years and I use it weekly. I use it to make smoothies, I use it in place of a food processor, I mix sauces in it-you name it, this mixer can do it! It's strong and I've never had an issue with it to date! I've recommended this blender to many people!

KitchenAid blender is a nice addition to any kitchen. It is not to large to leave out at all times on the kitchen counter so it is in reach when ever you need it. The KitchenAid blender is extremely easy to use and to clean. I love tossing strawberries and blueberries and some ice in my blender on a hot day a making a perfect smoothie. Milkshakes are super easy and the perfect consistency. My children do like "chunky" spaghetti sauce so I can put their sauce in The KitchenAid blender and have smooth sauce in seconds. I have also started using my KitchenAid blender to make homemade salsa, this blender is perfect for having fresh, homemade salsa in seconds and with the push of a button. I highly recommend that every kitchen have a KitchenAid blender.

I love my kitchenaid classic blender. It makes great smoothies. And is pretty easy to clean. I like the 3 speeds and often go from one to the other as I am mixing and blending. The Kitchenaid 3 speed classic blender's 40 ounce pitcher means I get more drink than in my previous blender. I am able to mix low calorie shakes and smoothies and this helps me to eat healthy. I love products that are simple and easy to utilize. This kitchenaid blender does not take up a lot of space. And I love that I can get a great drink in a short period of time. This product is not very expensive. I am able to experiment and use the ingredienbts I choose fort great fruity tasting smoothies. This blender gives me my money's worth and then some.

The KitchenAid 3 Speed Classic Blender with 40 ounce Glass Jar is a relatively decent blender that performs what it's intended to do- blend. I've tried many cheap blenders before and most of them wear out after a few blends with either the blades being bent or the motor burning out. However, this blender continues to work and works especially well for protein shakes. However, for blending ice and frozen fruit, it is necessary to slowly add in ice. As with most blenders, you can expect it to be very noisy and the size is somewhat bulky which I'm somewhat disappointed at especially for its current price. In addition, this blender is relatively easy to clean, which I believe is essential for a good blender. For people who tend to use their blender often, the KitchenAid 3 Speed Classic Blender is a nice option. It has a clean look, a clear glass jar and can blend almost anything I throw in there. I give it 4 stars.

I won this KitchenAid 3-Speed Classic Series Blender with Glass Pitcher and Smoothie maker function from a Blog Giveaway over Christmas 2010 and absolutely LOVE IT. I've made Smoothies for years with my Magic Bullet and the old Kitchen Aid Blender with the old Plastic Pitcher...and just wasn't impressed with the old machines anymore.. I wanted to buy something new but kept debating between an actual Smoothie Maker machine the stick / hand mixer or buying an actual blender with a smoothie maker option.. After looking around I opted to save my money and as luck would have it, I won the KtichenAid 3-Speed Classic Series Blender, it didn't cost me a thing. After having made multiple smoothies and Milkshakes with this machine I can say that this machine is AWSOME. It mixes Smoothies tthe right way to that wonderful creamy and yummy consistency. I love Milkshakes and Smoothies and this machine makes it possible for me to make Smoothies on a regular basis. Clean us is easy and the buttons are all easy to operate..especially if you just have to click on SMOOTHIE to get your smoothie going. Life just can't get any easier than this. I love my KitchenAid 3-Speed Blender and I'm sure you would too.
