Had it 5 years. Clock quit after 2 years. The door must be closed for broiling! Unbelievable. Heats unevenly and too hot for baking. Cleaned it for the second time yesterday. After an hour the panel went blank and quit. Reset and same thing happened. Changed timer to less time and it worked. It still left some residue, but just around the edges of the oven and at the bottom of the glass. Don't buy.

I like this oven better than my more expensive Fisher Paykell double convection oven. It cooks evenly with no super obvious hot spots. The only negative so far: I don't like that the timer doesn't automatically shut off when you open the door. It also has the easy glide pull out racks, which make unloading heavy roasts easier. Performance The broiling is amazingly fast.
