I bake and cook a lot! I saved up and have wanted a Kitchenaid 6 quart mixer. I bought one finally and it's really heavy and loud. It works well however when you make pizza dough or bread dough, it rocks and the bowl shifts up and down like it's going to pop out of the bracket that holds it. I have a bowl lift mixer and the bowl rests on two pins on either side with a bracket in the back of the bowl. it does not do a good job of holding the bowl in place. i'm always afraid that it's going to pop off.

I use this product for most of my mixing needs. I like it better than a hand mixer because I can do other things while it mixes. I find it especially awesome for making bread because I don't have to kneed the dough myself. Great product!

I'm a big Kitchen Aid fan. I had a smaller mixer but had gotten into making bigger bakes. I found this on sale so I decided to pull the trigger. I was pleased that I could whip up triple batches of buttercream but ultimately I ended up selling it because it was too loud, moved too much, and didn't mix as evenly as I had hoped.
