This unit is by far the best mixer I have ever owned in my entire life. I can do anything with this unit and everything comes out fantastic each and every time. Mixing Performance Now this mixer gets all the way down to the bottom of the mixing bowl to make for even mixing with no left over unmixed ingredients. Ease of Cleaning The bowl can be a bit cumbersome to clean, but that comes with the territory. It does fit that well in the sink, however to clean it the best, just hold it over the sink , while resting on the counter top and wipe it down. Ease of Use Very easy to use. I most impressed with the variety of different attachments that come with it. I also like the lift making it easy to handle for those with little to no strength in the hands, the lift is finger light. Design It fits with my stainless steel design in my kitchen. Very sleek and contemporary looking. Durability I have only had this unit for about a year and I have to say it has held up to holiday baking, bake sale baking, party baking and everything and anything else you name baking. I am extremely pleased with this unit.
