Works better with a different shampoo
I tried this conditioner with its matching shampoo as a sample and got some bouncy hair out of it, so I bought the full size bottles. Time is the true test of how well a shampoo/conditioner team will work out, and this team fizzled kinda fast. So I rematched each product with a different partner and got much better results. I paired Color Vibrancy conditioner with Suave Professionals Color Care shampoo and my hair, it was saved. But I liked what happened when I paired the Color Vibrancy shampoo with a Suave Professionals conditioner better, so I will be switching to that duo and using this one as a backup. Effectiveness It's a conditioner. It conditions the hair. It does so without stripping color, which is what it is billed as doing, so it lives up to that promise. It is not a very moisturizing conditioner. Paired with its matching shampoo, I was getting flyaway results, so I tried it with a moisturizing shampoo and got a much better result. I don't like it quite as much as I like the results from pairing the Color Vibrancy shampoo with Suave Moroccan Infusion condition, but it works. Scent I'm not real crazy about apple scent in my hair, although as far as apple scents go, I like this one better than most. It's kind of a mulled cider scent. It mixes very nicely with the fruity-perfumey scent of the shampoo I use with this. I was less fond of it with its matching shampoo.
