I was given a thank you gift from my employer some time ago and L'Oreal Kerastase Fondant Nutri-Thermique was one of the luxury items I received. Before I used it, I had no idea how transforming and effective the product was. Once I used it, I became a believer! I have had so many colors, (permanent and semi-colors), perms and treatments done to my hair over the years my hair had become somewhat dry at the ends. I was intrigued by this particular treatment because it required an element of heat to work at it's most effective. I washed my hair as usual and then left the product in for 30 minutes while I did housework. I worked up quite a sweat during this time, hence the heat, and was amazed at the after-result. My hair was the softest it had ever been, it looked shiny, healthy and new again - it rather resembled the most unspoiled baby hair! I was hugely disappointed when I had finished the tub of Kerastase because I could not justify spending so much money on deep conditioner.

If you use any of the color and processing treatments in your hair regularly, blow dry, flat iron, or curl your hair, you surely are in need of Kerastace's Fondant Nutri-Thermique! All of the modern hair treatments ravage our hair of its natural moisture. I have LONG hair and the hair strands themselves are quite fine. I simply must treat my long hair as it were antique lace. It needs deep moisturizing which only a salon level conditioner can provide to it. The Kerastase line of Hair Products typically have protein as part of the mix of ingredients which helps to boost our hairs ability to absorb the conditioning moisturizers. The drug store quality of conditions typically makes our hair just slick without providing moisture that our hair follicle could absorb. The salon level products do provide that level of conditioning. You will notice the affect even when you did not use it that day. It is long lasting.

I have very damaged hair from lots of highlights and use of hot tools (ie. flat iron, blow dryer, curling iron...). I use this conditioner and my hair feels like silk! I did find because it's heat activated to rinse with hotter water helps the product penetrate and activate! I highly recommend this product.
