I really enjoy exercising on the Life Fitness Lifecycle. To begin using this bike just sit on it and begin pedaling and then select which exercise program you want to use.It is easy for anyone to use, even beginners. If I could make any changes to this Life Fitness Lifecycle that would make me enjoy it more I would add a television. If this had a television it would certainly motivate me to exercise longer. Despite the lack of a television I appreciate all of the features on this lifecycle including the ability to track how many calories you have burned. I would definitely recommend this Life Fitness Lifecycle to anyone. Performance I really like how this Life Fitness Lifecycle performs. Comfort I have found this Life Fitness Lifecycle to be quite comfortable to exercise on. Ease of Use This Life Fitness Lifecycle is really easy to use for anyone! Design I really like the design of the Life Fitness Lifecycle but I do wish that this exercise bicycle included a television because it would definitely motivate me to exercise longer.

the Lifecycle 9500 HR is a very good workout tool.  It allows me to choose from several difficulty settings and tracks my distance travelled, mph, and calories burned.  It is smooth enough to ride while watching tv, talking on the phone, etc.  The only drawback is a less-than-comfortable seat, which has me either frequently shifting around, or putting a pillow over the seat.  Well worth the price.

This is a great program for a person who wants to be able to exercise. I wanted to get back into shape after I had kids so i decided to try this program. The exercises are great and they are effective as well. When I started the program, my kids thought that I was crazy because they wanted me to get into shape, but they thought I would not stick to it. The program was nice because it helped me to get my mind set on something and I was able to work to succeed my goal. I have had the life cycle for about a year now and I can definitely see the results. I can tell the difference of my body and I have a lot more energy now to do the things that I would like to do. I love being able to exercise on my own time without having to make a big commitment. I like the amount of hours that are on this program. I think that this has plenty of benefits because I do not need to go out of my home in order to complete it.

this fitness lifecycle bike is a great addition to our home gym.  it has a smooth ride and lets you count calories, and the miles.  i have had a stationary bike in the past with a belt strap that made for a rough ride, and actually made my knees sore.  it is important to invest in stationary bike that doesn't grind at your joints.  this one is sure to last long and has not been a disappointment.  it is definitely high in price, but that is to be expected if you want to build a home gym.  a stationary bike is great for a well-rounded exercise, but you can't buy a cheap one and ruin your knees.  i would recommend this one to any of our friends and family.  my wife just wishes it was mauve, she says, to match the room.  so, other than the color, we have no complaints.  i will no doubt be using this fitness lifecycle for many miles to come.  it is a workout time that i don't dread and actually look forward to.

This bike is fantastic.  You pay a little more for it, but it is worth every cent.  The gears are strong and the programs a pleantiful..  You can watch a video and go manual, or follow a program straight through. Over a life time, you are saving yourself a trmendous amount of money.  Instead of renting a Gym, you are accumulating one wit the same equipment.  They are also great at customer service with any problems you may have.  The only downfall is that the programs have limited times, but this wway you can do several and vary your workout.
