My granddaughter was given a couple of these bottles at her shower. I like the idea of them being glass and being able to be sterilized and you know it's clean, but we did have one break when it fell off the stroller and hit the cement sidewalk. Also the covering on 1 tore and came off. They are nice and they can be washed easily but it did bother me the one broke. ( In the company's defense it did fall and hit cement)

These bottles are high quality, nearly impossible to break, and cost effective. We tried multiple other bottles and brands. We tried different nipples. We tried fast flow, slow flow, medium flow, plastic, glass, multiple parts, bottles that mimic the mothers breasts... Nothing was working for our breast fed baby to take a bottle of expressed milk. Someone gave us a Lifefactory glass bottle and we tried it, with just as much hesitation as you would expect from a family that had tried everything. We had to do a double, then triple take. Our daughter loved it, and I was FINALLY able to let him feed her while I got a nap in. The bottles are dishwasher safe, and easy to sterilize. They are a little heavier than plastic bottles, but not so much heavier that your baby won't be able to hold them up at a reasonable age. We dropped ours on the floor countless times, and our daughter threw hers a number of times as well, we never had so much as a chip in them. They were fantastic! Child's Comfort Plastic bottles are lighter, but our daughter was able to hold this just fine. Leak Prevention We never had a single leak! Ease of Cleaning Dishwasher safe! Keeps Air Out There's nothing magical about these, no fancy tubes or anything, but we had no issues with air.

We have been using these bottles over a year now. In the year we have been using three have broke. Now that our daughter is one and holding the bottles on her own they get tossed on our tile floor several times a day and do not break. When she was young and using the nipple she had no issues transferring from the breast to the nipple on this bottle. The quality of the bottle is outstanding and the colorful rubber grip gives it style. We have weened our daughter onto home made hemp milk. We store her daily supply of fresh hemp milk in the largest life factory bottle to preserve the great taste and not let any horrible toxins that comes with using plastic leak into her milk. We are working on weening our baby off the nipple, these nipples have worked great with formula and with the hemp milk. We do not strain the hull out of her hemp milk, but still flows now problem through the nipple.

Having four kids I have probably tried every single bottle on the market. I tried Lifefactory Glass Bottles because I liked the idea of the protective sleeve. Glass bottles are generally better because they do not have plastic and are healthy for babes. The downside is a breakable glass. When I saw Lifefactory bottle I loved them. I did change the nipple to a orthodontic, because these are the only nipples my kid would accept. The bottle itself is good. The air is not accumulating inside, so I would not say it has any air problems. Also, it does not leak. The glass is sturdy. I have dropped these bottles couple of times. The glass did not break, which is good. The only concern I have is that it is hard to clean the protective sleeve. Also, these bottles are heaver than plastic ones. I love lifefactory glass bottles! I personally stick with glass bottles so I know that we aren't having problems with plastic. These have an awesome silicon cover that make them so easy to grip and tote around. They are also so durable and last forever. It seems like plastic bottles always start looking kind of gross...these look brand new to this day and they are months old. Highly recommend.

As someone who is conscious of the toxins that I expose my children to, it was incredibly important that my newborn not us plastic bottles - particularly that she not have her milk reheated in plastic. So, during those times when I had to be away from her and use expressed milk, I was glad to hae the option of a glass bottle. Lifefactory's bottle was the perfect size, high-quality, and readily accepted by my child. We used just two bottles (alternating between the two for feedings since she only took a bottle while I was at work) and they remainded in like-new condition the entire time they were used. They never discolored or cracked and were dishwasher safe! This is a great products that gives you the ease of cleaning of glass! It won't discolor or take on any odd smells, nor will it leach toxins into your childs milk! Perfect!
