I had not used conditioner for a while and my hairdresser got this for me when she got my Biolage shampoo. I was pleasantly surprised by this product. In the past conditioners have left my hair limp without much body, but this was not the case with the Biolage conditioner. My hair is very manageable and my split ends are much better. Since I blow dry my hair daily the conditioner helps to counteract the effects of the blow dryer. The product is a little pricey, but you just need to use a small amount so that makes it more cost effective. Effectiveness The Biolage conditioner does what it is designed to do. It gets rid of my split ends and makes my hair soft. I like the fact that it rinses well and doesn't leave a residue on my hair. Scent I love the scent of the Biolage products. The conditioner has a similar scent to the Biolage shampoo. It is not a flowery scent so the product could be used by the whole family.

This is one of my favorite conditioners. It is perfect for dry or curly hair. It will leave your hair soft and easy to style. It can seem a little pricey compared to drugstore conditioners, but it is worth it.

I've tried everything from Suave to high end beauty salon conditioners and Matrix Biolage Conditioning Balm seems to be the best for my hair type.  I have naturally curly hair and I live in the south where the humidity levels never drop below 70%.  With that said, just any conditioner will not do.  My hair tends to break at the ends from wearing my hair tied up the majority of the time and heat styling damage.  This particular conditioning balm actually conditions, moisturizes, strengthens and repairs the hair dramatically after one use.  With continued use, your hair becomes extremely soft, manageable, NATURALLY shiny and truly healthy.  I've been using Matrix Biolage Conditioning Balm for 9 months now and refuse to use anything less as my main source of conditioning.  Besides all of the visible and tangible benefits of using this, the smell is simply intoxicating and long lasting.  I've gone 3 days without washing my hair at one point and could still smell the conditioner's scent in my hair.

I have been using Biolage conditioning balm for years now. It comes in different sizes, but they all work the same. If you purchase the 16.9 oz container, you can buy a pump to use with it to make it easier in the shower or wherever you wash your hair. You do not have to use a pump, it just makes dispensing a little quicker than taking off the lid. Depending on your hair length, depends on the amount you would use. I use mine as every day conditioner. I have longer hair, to the middle of my back, I use about a nickel size in the palm of my hand. I work it through my hair after shampooing and rinsing. I leave it in about thirty seconds to a minute and then rinse. I rinses very clean, leaving your hair soft, silky and very manageable. The scent is very pleasant. It works with all different hair types. You can also use it if you chemically treat your hair.  I used to use Matrix Amplify conditioner and that worked well also, but I seem to get more shine and my hair is softer with the Biolage conditioning balm. I like the scent more, as well. The price is similar for the two. I would recommend this product to anyone to use. I think you will be satisfied.

I first got turned onto this product from my hair dresser. I have blonde hair (with highlights) that I use a straightner on sometimes and she noticed that my hair was starting to get dried out and damaged. So she gave me a container of it to try out. That was about 2 years ago and I have never bought another conditioner since then. This is the only conditioner I use. It's a thick conditioner, so I wash my hair first, put the conditioner on and let it soak in while I finish my shower. Then I rinse it out right before I get out. My hair is easy to comb through now when it is wet and is really smooth and soft. It doesn't leave my hair feeling all greasy, like a lot of the other thicker conditioners do and it smells great too. My only complaint about it is the price but as I mentioned before, it is a thick conditioner so a little goes a long way. Plus, I order my online which is way cheaper than buying it in the salons or stores.
