My skin is very dry and I like the way it feels after I use this cream. However if you read the ingredients one of them is petroleum jelly (vaseline) so it is a pretty expensive jar of vaseline (it also has other ingredients that make it feel more cream-like and also, I imagine, keep it from clogging your pores since I don't break out when I use it. Also if you wear contact lenses be careful when using it around your eyes because if it gets into your contacts you will be miserable (for this reason I tend to use it only at night after I take my lenses out). After you use this for awhile other moisturizers will seem wimpy and not strong enough or rich enough. One drawback is you have to buy it through a mary kay rep which can be a pain. Absorption It absorbs on my face completely in about five mins. and also makes makeup glide on easier. Doesn't Clog Pores have not broken out so it must not clog. Effectiveness makes skin soft and smooth.

This cream is very thick and made for dry skin. It doesn't make skin overly greasy. It's my favorite in the winter time for around noses that are irritated from tissues. I also use it on my hands when they get dry from being out in the harsh winter elements.

I have never ordered stuff from Mary Kay before.I have heard alot of stuff about Mary Kay But never did Know where to buy it. I have a lady that lives on my block who sells it now. I have purchased and used alot of the products lately. I will try and review most of them.The first thing I tried was the Mary Kay Intense Moisturizing Cream. At first I thought this cream was for your body. Then I got the small glass container and relized this was in fact a face cream.I used it anyway because my cheeks were a little wind burned.I guess the title of the cream says it all.It is an intense cream.This stuff will moisturize your face maybe to intensely. I think this cream would have been better suited as a body cream.Most peoples face dont get as dry as other areas of the body.This cream was a little to thick for my face.I dont like to put creams this rich on my face.I worry my pores will get clogged.If your face can handle a thick cream this stuff is great.

My mother-in-law sells Mary Kay and gave me this moisturizing cream as a gift.  I don't usually purchase Mary Kay because it is expensive, but this is a cream I will pay for.  During the winter months, I struggle with dry skin a lot.  This cream is my favorite cream.  It clears up dry skin immediately.  I think it is the best I have ever used.  It comes in a beautiful little container and is so smooth.  It goes on smoothly with little oil left.  It helps clear up dry skin and it also prevents dry skin from developing when used daily.  A little bit fo this cream goes a long way and the cream lasts for a quite awhile.  It has a slight smell to it, which I find pleasant, but it is definitely not overwhelming.  I use it at night to help with dry skin but it could be used twice a day.  It is a bit pricey but you will find good results with this cream.  I heartily recommend it for all skin types.

I was introduced to Mary Kay Intense Moisturizing Cream several years ago. I used it for awhile but didn't order when it ran out. A few weeks ago, my face was so dry and I called my Mary Kay lady to get more. The difference in my skin is like night and day. The cream comes in a little glass jar with a lid. It's a 1.8 oz container. The lotion is thick and creamy. They include a little spatula for getting the cream out of the jar, but I just use my clean fingers. It's good for your face and neck and it leaves your skin feeling incredibly soft all day. I noticed right away that my overall skin texture was smoother. Also the taut feeling from dry skin is gone. I use this cream each morning after I wash my face. I smooth it on my cheeks, forehead, nose, chin, and neck (avoiding the eyes). A little goes a long way although I noticed I used more when my skin was very dry. I think the price is competitve for the benefits and for how long it lasts.
