My first impression on the product was wonderful just applying I noticed that the formula is pretty wet so it kind of pulls out lashes curl I'm really liking this mascara , the brush is so thin so it's volume and lengthening as well what also amazing is that after several hours of the day the mascara is still holding up and my eyelash kept their curl so I liked them when I first put them on and after , the formula is so black you do not need to use another mascara with it and it's a very fast drying formula it covers pretty much all of the eyelash , mascara do not smudge under the eye I totally recommend this , go check it out if you are looking for a new mascara one that lengthens and adds volume it gets both

I must say, this is really one of the very few that can be comparable to the big name brands. And when I say big name brands, I mean like Estee lauder, Lancome and etc etc. The reason why i say this is due to the amazing results this gives me. First, let's just talk about the applying, it is absolutely amazing how it can just smoothly be brushed onto my lashes without any clumping or drying to quickly. Secondly, I like how the brush can manage to separate my lashes gracefully allowing volume to make my lashes appear fuller. Then Thirdly, it is the length it manages to create - I don't know how, but it makes it appear longer. Now comes fourth, and this could just be me, but I actually don't even have to use an eyelash curler while using this product, and that is a big plus for me! So finally are the results it gives, giving the impression and appearance of full volume lengthy set of naturally curled eyelashes that can I can only have with big brand mascara or applying fake lashes. I get many, many compliments and many people asking if they are my own real lashes, and I can proudly say "why yes it is"

I really love washable mascara and this Maybelline Volum' Express the Colossal Washable Mascara was on sale, so I thought I would try it. I really love Maybelline full n soft mascara, so I was sure I would like this one. I was wrong. This Volum' Express Colossal mascara didn't do what it promised. It promised to give me longer, fuller, smudge proff lashes that were easy to wash off. This mascara did lengthen some, but it made my lashes very clumpy. The brush is too big and it is hard to get the inner lashes without smudging and without poking myself in the eye. It smudged and ran under my eyes after an hour of wear. I also had a hard time washing it off and had to use makeup remover to get it off. Maybe I got a bad one or something, but this mascara was not Maybelline quality. I won't recommend this mascara and won't be using it again. At least it was cheap. I'll stick with my full n soft even though it's more expensive.

This is a really good mascara for everyday use! I am usually a little wary of mascaras that use words like "Colossal" because I tend to associate that with clumpy lashes, but this mascara was actually not very clumpy at all. I was really happy with the way it made my eyelashes look and it lasted a good, long time. The only real downside was that I ended up with some smudging by the end of the day, so I had to keep fixing my makeup in the evening. That got a little frustrating, but it was an easy fix, so it wasn't too much of a setback and it won't keep me from buying this again. I think waterproof may be the way to go, though. Performance I was overall very happy with this mascara. It made my eyelashes look so long and dark and it stayed on very well. It smudged a little by the end of the day, but it wasn't too bad. Ease of Application This was really easy to put on. I like the grip of the wand since it meant I was less likely to slip and stab myself in the eye with it - always a plus.

I was eager to buy this product as the advertisements basically promise long, dark, thick lashes, and was left with nothing but disappointment and frustration after I used it. Almost immediately, my eye lashes clumped together. Since the actual mascara itself is so thick, I couldn't break up the clumps no matter how hard I tried to. I would recommend saving your money for a better mascara than this one.

I have used Maybelline Volum' Express The Colossal Washable Mascara a few times when the store did not have my regular makeup. What I found with this mascara is that it gives a great amount of length and volume. However, it goes on very thick and more than one coat will give you spider lashes! If you know how to put makeup on, you will be fine with this. However, it gets clumpy, despite the brush. I like how it's not waterproof. Otherwise, it would stuck on your eyelashes forever! I recommend this if you're looking for a volumizing mascara.
