It's toothpaste like any other toothpaste on the market. Does it clean your teeth? Yes. Does it miraculously turn them white? No. It has a minty fresh taste and leaves your mouth feeling refreshed. Is it different than any other toothpaste? Not really. Should you try it for yourself? Absolutely. Everyone is different and this might be the toothpaste for you. As for myself, I like variety and do not stick to just one brand of toothpaste. So most likely I will not be purchasing this toothpaste again. Plus my husband did not like it all and refuses to use it. Effectiveness It does what it is supposed to do; cleans your teeth. I do enjoy the freshness of the toothpaste. It makes you feel fresh and clean. However, I cannot say that my teeth are any whiter than they were. Convenience It is simple to use. You squeeze the tube and put it on your toothbrush then brush your teeth. Minimal Side Effects I have not noticed any side effects from using this toothpaste.

Melaleuca Cool Mint Whitening Tooth Polish is a great toothpaste. I really enjoy how my teeth feel after I use it; when I run my tongue across my teeth. It feels just like leaving the dentist office after a cleaning. This product was recommended to me be my Melaleuca sponsor as a product to definitely try and keep on stock. She was right this is a wonderful product, the flavor is good with just the right amount of intensity. This product was somewhat effective and didn't produce the results I had hoped for. While it tastes good, its overall results were not up to par with whitening strips I had tried. In addition, the time and effort needed to apply the polish don't fit with my busy lifestyle. I'd rather just use whitening strips. Effectiveness My teeth got a bit whiter, but it wasn't quite what I needed. I feel that "teeth whitening" products should make your teeth, well, white! This product just made my teeth a slightly lighter shade. That's not really what I was looking for. Convenience A paste is actually more inconvenient than strips, believe it or not. It takes more effort and time to spread a polish on your teeth than to just place strips on them. Minimal Side Effects The best thing about this particular product is that there were no discernible side effects. It tastes great and doesn't leave a bad aftertaste or a powdery mouthfeel.

Melaleuca Cool Mint Whitening Tooth Polish is definately not for those with a weak stomach. I tried using melaleuca whitening polish for some time, however I just couldn't do physically do it anymore. Melaleuca polish has a horrible gritty texture that left me always feeling like I had a mouthful of sand. The cool mint flavor was definately no more appealing to me than the texture. And if the texture and flavor were not bad enough already, Melaleuca polish definately has a smell that is not something you would ever want to put in your mouth. It took all I could do to keep my sensitive stomach from getting upset and making me sick. It did however seem to be doing the job as far as whitening my teeth in the short time I forced myself to use it. If they came out with an improved product that contained less grit, better taste and more pleasant smell I would definately give it another try.

I had signed up with Melaleuca a couple years ago . I have since then deactivated my account with them but I keep ordering the tooth polish along with a few other products. I love the way it makes my teeth feel! I admire the company for producing so many products that are completely safe to use and do not contain any harsh additives and chemicals. All of my children also use this polish instead of the store brand toothpaste. They all like this flavor in particular. They are not a fan of the cinnamon flavor. Effectiveness The Melaleuca Cool Mint Tooth Polish leaves your teeth feeling extra clean. It doesn't leave anything behind. It also leaves your breath fresh all day long. Convenience I wish that they sold this product in stores! It does ship pretty quickly, but I would enjoy the convenience if it were available locally. Sometimes you can find a representative in your area, but that is not always guaranteed. Minimal Side Effects If the side effects include clean, fresh breath then it shouldn't be a problem!

I ordered this toothpaste after I had been a Melaleuca customer for several months and had used many of their other products.  The tooth polish works well, but the mint flavor is not very strong.  After using some of the other products, the smell of the tooth polish reminded me of the cleaning products.  I am used to toothpaste with a stronger mint taste that stays with you for a while, so this was disappointing.

Okay so I do sell the stuff.  But the main reason I started doing so was because I was introduced to the toothpolish about 3 years prior and then lost contact with the person I was buying from.  This is the best toothpaste i have ever used.  My mouth feels like i just came from the dentist after every brushing! Yes it does have a weird taste to it which you kind of have to get used to.  It is a little more than regular toothpaste.  But it is all natural.  No weird chemicals and they also make a kids line as well.  You do have to either find someone to buy products from, or join the company yourself.  I live by this stuff and know many other people that swear by this product as well.

The texture of this POLISH is very different. It doesn't really foam like paste does. It has a more gritty testure in order to polish.When I use it, my teeth feel like I have just been to the dentist. The taste and substance of the polish, were issues I had to determine that I was going to be OK with. I use this every other day and I use my regular tooth paste on alternate days.

I signed up for Melaleuca several months ago and one of the first things that I wanted to try was their toothpaste. I have been looking for a toothpaste for my family to use that was all natural, but had a good taste and texture. We have tried all of their flavors and are very happy with all of them except the cinnamon...we all thought it was nasty! We keep the mint, however, in our pantry and use it regularly now. It tastes great and has a great texture as well. I also like the way that it cleans your teeth and give you that slick feel until your next brushing. My only drawback is that if we run out, I can't just grab some more, we have to wait for our next order to come. I have just learned to stock up each time that we order, so it's not a big deal and is worth it. I would rather use something free of all the icky chemicals and that tastes and feels great! Good job Melaleuca!
