2 to 3 days later im feeling better and it works that way every single time when i get the cold. Dont waste your time on medication that doesnt work , yes this may cost around $13 but it gets the job done fast . I kid you not when i take this all the phlegm comes out especially when using the liquid formula

Mucinex Sinus-Max Severe Congestion Relief Caplets is a pretty decent medication when it comes to relieving congestion that comes from a cold or the flu. I did not find it very successful in relieving congestion that comes from allergies, whether they are seasonal or environmental. Chest Congestion Relief This medication helps with chest congestion only because it relieves congestion in the upper respiratory tract, namely in the sinuses. Because the sinuses are more clear, there is less drainage that goes down to the chest. Relief of Aches & Pains This medication does not relieve aches and pains that come from a cold or flu. The only pain that is relieved is the pain from pressure in the sinuses because the congestion is eased. Cough Suppression This medication does not directly suppress coughs, but it helps because there is a lot less drainage and chest congestion, which is the cause of the majority of coughing with a cold.

Of all the severe congestion sinus relief caplets I've tried, these have probably worked the best. They are reliably effective and work decently fast (thankfully). For me, the worst parts of my sinus congestion comes out in severe nasal congestion/runny nose and corresponding headache, and these caplets work VERY reliably for those issues. I'd recommend them to anyone. Congestion Relief AMAZING congestion relief - it works great on freeing up my nasal passages and helping me breathe better and feel less pressure in my face, and definitely helps get rid of some of my sinus related headaches. Chest Congestion Relief When I experience sinus issues, I rarely have chest congestion - so my rating is to reflect how it works to the best of my knowledge and experience with it. Relief of Aches & Pains I don't really notice this medication having any impact on aches and pains, but then again, I also have a chronic pain disorder. Cough Suppression It's hard for me to judge this, as I feel like I was coughing anyway despite taking this medication, but it definitely did help with my sore throat a little. However, I would not rely solely on this for cough suppression/sore throat.

I have tried MANY over the counter medications to relieve sinus pressure and sinus headaches over the years, and have found NOTHING that compares to this product! Congestion Relief As stated in my overall review, I have tried several different over the counter medications to help relieve sinus congestion, and was still suffering...until I discovered Mucinex Sinus Max! I have never found anything that compares to this product! I will even go so far as traveling to multiple stores to find the product if it is out of stock in the stores that I typically shop, which is saying a WHOLE LOT, I typically do not go to multiple stores to buy ANYTHING! Relief of Aches & Pains HEADACHES from sinus pressure are short-lived once you take Mucinex Sinus Max. Within 30-45 minutes you actually find relief from the pressure and pain associated with sinus issues associated with cold, flu, or seasonal allergies. Cough Suppression It will suppress your cough well.
