Nature's Made Sleep Aid is a great natural alternative to the regular sleep aids such as tylenol pm and nyquil.  It is non habit forming and it uses natural products to get you to sleep.  I buy it for my husband so he doesnt get addicted to those sleeping pills on the market.  It is great and it really works he loves it.  The downfall is they are more expensive than the regular sleep aids but it is worth it if you can avoid addictive medicines and prescription medicines that have weird side effects.  If you are thinking about getting on prescription meds to get some sleep I would try this product first.  I have had multiple friends try it since it came out and have never heard a complaint, and I hear all kinds of crazy stories about prescription sleep-aids.  It is definitely worth a shot.  The pills are blue and oval and very easy to swallow, you only have to take one.  Drugstores run sells on these a lot of the time and they have coupons in the sunday papers for them every once in a while.
