This vitamin C supplement is really awesome for me! I like the amount of vitamin C (1000 milligrams). It is easier for me to take one of the 1000 mg tablet than two of the 500 milligram from Nature made brand. The tablet has a really strong sour taste, but that was to be expected when I was taking vitamin C since it is ascorbic acid. Taking the single tablet 1000 mg had less unpleasant sour taste than taking two of the 500 mg tablets. When I take the vitamin C supplement I feel energized and alert! When I take my vitamin C regularly I notice that I sleep better, I have more motivation during the day to get up and do things. I am sick less often and on the rare occasion I do get sick the illness is not as severe or as long as when I have not been taking the vitamin C supplement. The price for this supplement is not great. However, the nature made brand has good coupons and when you hit a buy one get one free sale you can stock up for a great price.
