I'm forty one and I'm taking them now I found these to be helpful since they're iron free which is great can't have iron in a vitamin makes me sick I love the feeling I receive from them a lot of energy and doesn't upset my stomach. Thanks for making this product I purchased it at kmart.

I feel much better when I wake in the morning, I sleep throughout the nights without waking, I have great amounts of energy and have even lost a few pounds. I like Nature's Bounty Your Life Multi for Women 45+ and have no complaints about it at all. I would definitely recommend this multivitamin to any women who feel they need something extra in their diet. You will be amazed at how much better this vitamin will make you feel.

I initially bought these because they were on sale and I had a coupon, and also because I'm over 45. It was only until I took a closer look at the package that I realized that I'd found a well-rounded, well-formulated multivitamin that's perfect for me. Your Life multivitamins contain twice the Vitamin D of comparable brands for women. There's also 10 times the amount of biotin (for skin, hair, and nails) as other brands. Plus, the combination of vitamins, probiotics, fish oil, Ester-C and 12 fruits and vegetables in each tablet supports breast, bone and heart health. Incredibly, all of these ingredients are packed into a smaller-than-average multivitamin tablet. And even though the pill is smaller, you still only need to take one per day. At my age I don't need extra iron and Your Life Multi doesn't have any in its formula. I would ideally like to see more than the 200 mg of calcium, but I tend to consume a good amount of dairy each day. All in all, this is a well-rounded supplement.
