I tried the Neutrogena Advanced Solutions Acne Mark Fading Peel to help remove some of the marks that I had on my forehead from acne. After I tried this product for over a month I still saw no improvements in my skin. I was very disappointed because I have tried other products made by Neutrogena and have the liked the results from them. Effectiveness The Neutrogena Advanced Solutions Acne Mark Fading Peel did not work for me at all. I saw no improvement in my skin after using this product for over a month. My acne marks had not faded at all. Also I think this product caused me to have more acne. Ease of Application The peel was very easy to apply. It is also a very quick process. Convenience It was very convenient to use. I only needed to have it on my face for a short amount of time. Side Effects When I used the Neutrogena Advanced Solutions Acne Mark Fading Peel my face would feel like it was burning. As soon as I washed it off the burning would stop. Immediacy I used this product for over a month and I did not see any improvement. My acne marks were still on my forehead and they had not faded at all.

Neutrogena Advanced Solutions Acne Mark Fading cream doesn't live up to what I expect from the Neutrogena line of skin care.  Other Neutrogena products I have used worked very well, some of them wonderful,which I will review also, but this one let me down.  It has somewhat of a burning sensation when you put it on, which says on the package it means this is "working".  When I leave it on for the recommended amount of time and rinse it off, my skin feels clean, but also dry and no noticeble "fading".  I have used the product for about 3 months now, and still no noticeable difference.  The worst thing about this product is the smell.  I can't even describe it, but it is not pleasant to say the least.  I'm still searching for the perfect "acne fading cream"

I have used tons of different facial products and this was one that I tried a little while ago. The Neutrogena Advanced Solutions Acne Mark Fading Peel is a clear solution that has little blue beads in it. I felt like I was exfoliating my face when I was putting it on which felt nice but I was hoping for more and better results after having using this product for a while. I did feel like my complexion was a little more evened out but I did not notice any effects on my post acne marks (at least none that were noticeable). It has an interesting smell to it and when I was using this product I didn't feel any tingling or anything like that. This is a product with salicylic acid which is supposed to help with acne but it's not a product that I would go for again but I wouldn't discourage anyone from trying because I have friends who live by this product.

The fading peel is easy to use and doesn't take much time so it won't severely interfere with your lifestyle. The bottle is not very expensive and lasts a long time. The best thing about the product is how quickly you see results. Red spots and acne scars fade and clear within a few days. Not only does it fade past acne scars but it also takes care of your current acne and breakouts. Your skin around the acne looks slightly red after using the peel but doesn't stay that way for long.

I have very oily, acne-prone skin that tends to be very susceptible to scarring. My main acne medication is prescription Tazorac, which has kept the blemishes mostly under control; it hasn't helped my scarring, however. I have been using the Acne Mark Fading Peel every three days for about two and half weeks, and I've definitely noticed a difference. I have fewer acne blemishes, the scars are paler, and my skin looks smoother and fresher. It's as close to miraculous as any skin care product is going to get. It is, however, very strong (2% salicylic acid) and I've noticed some redness and peeling. The side effects are not as bad as the ones I had when I began the Tazorac, and my moisturizer (Dove Sensitive Essentials Day Lotion, and the Dove bar for sensitive skin) has mostly kept them at bay. This product really works. Even though, it may leave you some redness and peeling, the benefits of this are greater, so if you want to finish with your acne problems just try this and you won't regret.
