1. Easy to apply very close to my eyelashes and goes on smoothly over my eye shadow. 2. It doesn't smear all over my eyelid after a few hours like some other brands do. 3. It gives my eyes the benefit of eyeliner but doesn't look unnatural.

I have had a hard time finding an eyeliner That does not smudge even though the package says no smudge. After trials with several different brands I found that Neutrogina Eyeliner is a long lasting no smudge eyeliner. I can put it on in the morning and where it all day without it running off in different directions. This is a fantastic eyeliner that I would recommend to all my friends looking for a no smudge eyeliner.  I will continue to buy this eyeliner. It has been a long journey to find the right combination for me. I am so glad that Neurtogina was able to come up with a formula that does not smudge. I have been very impressed with the product. It not only brightens my eyes it nourishes around my eyes at the same time. I look forward to trying other shades of eyeliner along with other products that Neurtogina offers. I have been very happy with this product. I am very happy to have found this product.

I plan on buying twilight blue and spiced chocolate when I get a chance to go to the store again. The price isn't bad if you know what store to buy it in. It goes on really smoothly, I don't have to press hard or tug like with pencil eyeliners. And I love how the part you spin to bring more up is under the cap, so you don't bring more up without knowing it under the cap. It's kind of annoying how the sharpener comes out when you just want the smudger, but overall I really hope they never discontinue this product or I'll have to stock up!

One beauty staple that I absolutely cannot go without is eyeliner and **Neutrogena Nourishing Eyeliner in Cosmic Black **is the ultimate!  I've been using eyeliner for 40 years and never ever could get it to glide on more perfectly and without a smudge than with this product. One end of the pencil is for a more defined look, the other you can acheive a smoky look.  It comes with it's own built-in sharpener so you don't have to waste any time with that.  Unlike liquid eyeliner which gets all over and you have to use a q-tip to get a more even line, this does it all for you in one try.  It's marvelous!  I received this full size sample at the perfect time when I was almost out of my regular brand.  Surprize to me, I found that Neutrogena is so much better than the product I had been using for so many years.  I also enjoy knowing that it contains olive oil and rainforest shea butter which conditions the delicate skin around your eyes. I can't wait to try out the other colors that Neutrogena's Nourishing Eyeliner comes in...Plum drop; Twilight Blue; Brushed Pewter; Spiced Chocolate; Brown Sugar and Cosmic Black!

This eyeliner is the best eyeliner around! I have tried so many different eyeliners from the drug stores - looking for the value. All of them were dry, scretchy, taking too much time to apply. This one is very smooth, glides on so easy. Because my eyes are beyond sensitive, I was never able to wear "smoky eye look" - because every time I tried an eyeliner my eyes become red, itchy & I just had to take it off. I am also a contact lense wearer, which makes me even more concious about my make up. This is the only eyeliner I'm able to use at my tear line!!!. Plus I can wear it entire day & it's not going to smudge at all :)) Highly recommend this product, since the price is very reasonable too. There are department store eyeliners that can't compare to this one: I have also used DiorShow eyeliner, which did not stay on my eyes after an hour of wearing it, especially my lower lash line. Try Neutrogena Cosmetics - you will not regret it :))
