I tried this with eye makeup and was not impressed. You are supposed to press it on top of your eye and wipe the eye makeup off. I found that even after wiping multiple times, the eye makeup was not completely removed. It did an okay job with eyeliners but with mascara, I had to use other makeup remover to get the mascara completely off. I would only recommend this product for people that only use eyeliners. If you use mascara, I don't think this will get the mascara off completely. Effectiveness This is not the most effective makeup remover. It may be easier to use but not as strong as the normal liquid type removers. It also dries up after opening so you would have to use it up quickly after you open the package and start using the first one. Ease of Use I bought this because I thought it would be easier to use than the normal oil type makeup removers. It is indeed easier to use but also less effective.

I really like the Neutrogena Ultra-SOft Eye Makeup Remover pads. They are very soft, just as the name implies which makes it easier to remove waterproof mascara since it doesn't hurt, and I don't have to worry about damaging my lids and the fragile skin around my eyes. I also like that they are not soaked with solution like some other brands such as Almay which I found stung my face. Since they are not as wet, each pad is fluffier and doesn't stick to the other pads. The price is a bit high, but not compared to bigger name brands, and I feel like I go through them relatively quickly. It is nice not to have to buy cotton balls or makeup pads which you have to buy in order to use the liquid eye make up removers. The pads are nice and big too, so you can get all of your mascara and eye shadow in a couple swipes. Effectiveness You may need to work a bit harder if you wear heavy, waterproof mascara. Ease of Use They are super soft and easy to use. Much better than having to use cotton balls.

This pad is not made for heavy duty makeup removal, which was very obvious when I closed my eyes, swiped the pad across my eyelid and immediately, there were cotton fibers all over and through my eyelashes. It definitely didn't work well because it fell apart so easily, and it really didn't remove my makeup. It took about three pads before I got the majority (not including my mascara) off my eyes.

I like these neutrogena ultra soft eye makeup remover pads, I do not know why but i find that whole pouring the eye remover from liquid into the cotton ball to be such a hassle! I like these nuetrogena eye makeup remover pads because they are ready to use, and i only need to purchase one item for my eye makeup removal. I like to have this handy, as they can be used when you just want to head off to bed and wipe off your eye make up and you are good to go. Also when it is too freesing cold to wash your face, just swipe and off you go to bed hehe They come in quite handy, but also i like to use them to remove eye makeup and then to wash all of my face to remove makeup and all stuff that is on my face from environment. These also work pretty well, sometimes an eye remover will not gently clean off all eyemakeup. You have to keep tugging at your eyelid to complete remove it, i find these pads are gentle and effective.

I have tried various eye make up removers from eye remover pads to oils to oil free cleansers and I am still on the mission. The skin around the eye is so sensitive that I do not want to be pulling and rubbing just to get the black off. I tried neutrogena eye makeup remover pads as I use a lot of Neutrogena products and on the whole are very pleased with the results. These pads however did not live up to the hype. I tried holding the pad over the lashes to soften but this did not help. There always remained the ominous black smudge under the eyes. They are easy to use and have a nice light fragrance and seem to be moist enough but bottom line is you want to be able to gently wipe your eye and see it clean with no smudging.

I have been using this eye makeup remover for years! I have very sensitive eyes and often have issues with makeup removers irritating my eyes and the surrounding, delicate skin. These eye pads are very easy to use and convenient. It's nice that they're on a pad because you don't have to oversoak cotton rolls or pads so I feel like it's less wasteful. I like the actual makeup remover more than many liquid versions because the oily versions often end up feeling greasy, causing break outs on the surrounding skin, and irritating my eyes. I also feel like the oily versions don't remove the makeup as well as these handy pads do. One thing I do to help make these even more budget friendly is to cut the pads in half as it creates the perfect shape for my eyelids in addition to doubling my usage!

I first started using Neutrogena Ultra-Soft Eye Makeup Remover Pads when I ran out of my usual brand.  I was so pleased with these eye makeup remover pads I never went back to my previous brand.  The pads are really soft and the liquid in them is non-greasy and gentle on skin.  My skin is very sensitive and it is hard to find an eye makeup remover product that doesn't irritate it.  My eye area doesn't even turn red after using these, unlike most eye make up removers that puff up my eyes and turn them red. One thing a user must make sure of is to close the lid tightly on the jar.  If you don't you will no longer be able to use the pads because they will dry out.  I am not sure if spritzing dry pads with water would help, so it is best to keep the jar closed tightly and not let the pads dry out in the first place.  I am so genuinely pleased with this product I will never use another eye makeup remover pad again.
