It hasnt had any problems. Our ninja was purchased over a year ago. It makes smoothies really easily, just make sure you blend for several minutes. Ive tried several doughs in the processor, but it was a mistake. It heated my heirloom sourdough until steaming! I bought the model specifically for this option, next time I wouldn't worry with any accessories.

Every year my Family enjoys when I make Puerto Rican "Pasteles". They are quite consuming and difficult to make with out a food processor. So much so that they actually make a processor specific for them but they are very expensive! So I gave my Ninja the challenge and WOW it meet every expectation!!!

I used to have a smaller Ninja blender and it was awesome. I was then gifted this one for my expanding family and I was super excited! However, After using multiple times I noticed it keeps freezing up. We make a lot of smoothies and it just doesnt chop the ice as well as i was expecting it kept freezing up so Id have to stop & shake it up a bit and then continue. It does eventually grind it up but it takes a couple shakes. It is also Very loud, I wasn't expecting it to be quite that loud. Overall, I still enjoy my Ninja. It works for what we use it for.

I have had this blender for almost a year now and it still blends as well as the first day I bought it, doesn't leave any chunks behind, everything comes out smooth every time and it works quickly. One con is that it is very loud, but most blenders are. My brother in law visited recently and somehow managed to force the blender on wrong and it broke the button off trying to get it apart, but some super glue fixed that right up(:

I'm a mother of 2 young boys and we use the Ninja on a weekly basis to make different kinds of smoothies. My boys don't love vegetables, so this is an easy way to whip up a healthy snack full of fruits and vegetables! It's durable and easy to clean. I would definitely buy another Ninja because of the quality. I'm very happy with mine!
