This is a wonderful machine and gives you a great workout! This machine is low impact so it can be used by anyone even people that might have joint issues or soreness. Don't let that fool you though this elliptical will give you a great workout. The thing I like best about this machine is that not only does it work your legs it engages your core and also works your arms at the same time. You have the option to hold onto the handles on the machine that are immobile if you just want to focus on your legs and core or you can hold onto the handles that move back and forth as you move your legs. After using this machine for only twenty minutes I feel like I have just run several miles, you get a wonderful workout and really feel great afterward. I have problems with several machines because I have a knee that gives me trouble when working out but I have never experienced any problems when working out on this elliptical, its wonderful!
