This stuff is scary toxic. Just read the label. if you get it on your skin you should run water over the area for 15 MINUTES. You must use goggles and mask to spray. If you get it on your clothes they say to remove clothes and wash them. They fail to say how toxic this stuff is after it dries but I'd never want my child or pet within a mile of it.

I have used this product for years. I have had several animals over my lifetime and I have found Odoban to be the best for getting rid of pet odors. I had two elderly animals in the past five years, a cat and a dog. Both were having trouble with their functions. Often my cat would not make it to the litter box near the end and the dog would not make it outside. I think Odoban saved the life of my carpet. The odor of pet urine/feces can be awful, but Odoban seriously got rid of all the bad smells. I would scrub and scrub before I purchased this product, but I still noticed that the smells lingered. I was so frustrated until I purchased Odoban. The smells were gone almost immediately. My house no longer smelled terrible and I could rest a lot easier. The concentrate is even better because I can decide how much I need to get rid of the smells and the bottle lasts a lot longer for me. I think the concentrate is almost much more cost effective. I would definitely recommend this product if you have pets. It is a lifesaver!

When I moved, my male cat, who is neutered, decided to take to the new front door and spray it to mark his new home. He was constantly peeing and spraying the front door because neighborhood cats and dogs would come around. No matter what I tried to get the smell out of the carpet and door, nothing seemed to quite do the trick. A friend at work recommended I try this product because she said it had worked great on her dogs urine smells. I figured it would be worth a shot. I was so happy I did give it a try. First of all, the product comes in a spray bottle which is great. Second of all, I can adjust the setting to a mist or a stream which is also great because sometimes I need a little more product. And finally, the product works. I did have to use it, scrub, reuse it, and scrub a little more because of the potency of cat urine but once I used this a few times, the smell was almost entire gone. The more I sprayed this to get the smell out, the less interested my tomcat seemed to be in the door and spraying it. I spritz around with essential citrus oils after using this and together, the two have helped keep him away from marking his territory. It's been great. On the occasion he decides to mark something else, I keep this on hand because the other cats think it's safe to go where he has. Performance I did have to use it a couple times to completely get the odor out but it works. It's one of a kind when it comes to getting out pet urine smells. It really worked. Scent It's not so much about the scent that it leaves behind, but the scent that it takes away makes this product worth it.

I used to work at a dog shelter so they needed a strong cleaner and something that would take away odors like urine and feces. Especially when a litter of puppies came in. Performance At the shelter we used this to clean animal cages, the floors, countertops, play rooms and exam rooms. Dogs would have accidents in their kennels and we would have to scrub the kennel down. At the end of the day floors and counters and play rooms got scrubbed down. This product got the job done. This product even helped with cat urine which can be very hard to get rid of. The smell can linger even after cleaning. Odo ban gets rid of it. Best part is it was safe for the animals. They never got sick from the cleaner that is. Scent The scent was alright. It definitely made the place smell clean though and took away all the bad odors. It didn't just mask the odors it did get rid of them. Even cat urine which has a strong amonia smell that can linger.

I really like this product. I like the fact that it is sanitizes surfaces and that I can use one product to clean, deodorize and disinfect. I am not crazy about the original scent, but it does smell clean and the odor dissipates pretty quickly. It's very versatile. I use it in the kitchen, the bathroom and to clean up after the dog. This product makes me feel like I am really cleaning the dirtiest places in the house and getting rid of germs. We have a recurring mold problem in our kitchen because of the way the sink and faucet were installed and I can use it safely and effectively there. I also put some in my laundry and I highly recommend it for people who have to use laundromats because I read that just washing doesn't get rid of all the germs in laundry. Performance OdoBan does the job it is supposed to do and it does it very well. Scent I don't really care that much for the original smell, but there are others now that I would like to try. At least, it has a very fresh, clean odor.

Our rental property suffered some water damage during the summer. The combination of heat and moisture made for a horrible mildew smell. We tried several other less expensive products to no avail. We tried Odo Ban and we are so glad we did! It completely rid the home of the mildew scent and then-some. The former tenants were smokers, and after shampooing the carpets with Odo Ban in the machine, the smell was gone! If you have rental property, you need Odo Ban!!!

I got this once & haven't used anything else since! Gets rid of odors,, & it's the ONLY thing I've found that gets rid of CAT odors! Different scents all smell great. I've tried 3 or 4, & can't decide which is my favorite. :) I use it to clean, & little else, although it does need to be wiped down with water after. I also use it in laundry, as an air freshener, even though they have an air freshener with even more scents, & I use it in the carpet cleaner to steam clean my carpets. Smells so good for awhile, & gets the cat smell out of the carpet! I recommend it to everyone I know. In fact, I'm about to use it now! Performance I don't know what I would have done without this product. With 5 cats, it's the only thing I can find that actually gets rid of the odor! I even use it to clean the plastic litter boxes, & the smell gets out of there as well. Almost like a brand new litter box! It's great for cleaning as well. Everything is sparkling clean! But, I do need to wipe it down with water after. That's the only drawback, & it works so well, I don't even notice this very mild inconvenience. Scent Love ALL the scents! Not sure which one is my favorite. It's not overpowering, but a nice, light scent. Too bad it eventually fades. I love having my home smell so fresh!

OdoBan is a great product to remove strong stenches. I personally have a problem with mildew and a possible dead mouse underneath an unreachable portion of my cabinets under the sink. Without seeing what is in there, I cannot remove it so I resorted to OdoBan until we can pull the cabinet apart. All I do is open the cupboards and spray the mixture of OdoBan concentrate that I mixed with water. You only need a small amount of OdoBan liquid, it is very strong. The scent is not the best, kind of a musky and sickly sweet scent. It is definitely a good buy though because the smell of OdoBan does dissipate within an hour. It works well and removes the smell. Performance It works great, but for some tougher stenches it will be a repeated process. Scent The scent could definitely be changed. It has a musky, sourish sweet scent to it. It dissipates quickly but it does not smell good while it is lurking in the air.

Our back porch had a leak and got moldy and musty. It smelled terrible! I had a bottle of Odo-Ban under the sink from a project years ago, and decided it was about time to use it again. I scrubbed down the back porch and it is much, much better! The concentrate itself doesn't stink, but it does have a very distinct odor. It's not a bad odor, but not my favorite, either. I have used it for a large, musty basement years ago and it did improve that area as well. I do like the fact that it also cleans and disinfects and sanitizes while working at eliminating the odors. I guess I don't use it as often and as much as I should because of my personal opinion about the smell. Plus, I see it more as my 'pull out the tanks' type of cleaner to be used for the big, difficult jobs. That in itself is a compliment! I do keep some in a spray bottle, already mixed up. And at one point, I even added it to a load of laundry when I had found a towel or something that I thought was beyond cleaning. It did help the item, but not 100%. And I would NOT recommend trying that unless you want to take the risk yourself on the item.
