Olay is one of the best brands for budget buyers. It offers great results, easy to find, well known, consistent, and always smells nice. Olay Professional Pro X Hydra Firming Cream was a great product. It has very eye appealing packaging, great prices, consistently great smells, nongreasy, easy to use, feels nice, very hydrating, and I could actually see some results. Yes, the results were a little slower than more expensive brands, but it does work. Olay is easy to find online or in stores. This brand did as promised... it hydrated and it noticable firmed my skin. I would suggest this product and other Olay products to anyone.

This isn't my favorite anti aging product, but it's definitely one of the best ones. This really is for people with dry skin, which I don't have, and that's the reason I don't think I like it as much as some of my friends. I tend to have more oily skin, and this doesn't really absorb the oil like I thought it would; it usually leaves my face feeling more oily than before I put it on. As a result, I haven't even noticed the effects of the anti-aging affects as I've been so focused on constantly putting powder on to cover up the greasiness. Absorption That's the thing I dislike most about this product; it doesn't leave your skin feeling healthy and tight, but rather leaves it looking oily and greasy, like you haven't washed your face recently. I will say, however, that many of my friends loved this product. They usually have dry faces and they said this is the right amount of moisture for them. I would give it a try, but only if you have dry skin.

I had high hopes for this Olay Professional ProX Hydra Firming Cream. The ingredients advertised seemed to offer promise. However, once I purchased the cream for myself, I discovered that the polymers and peptides that were to deliver this miraculous firming were quite far down on the list and were in the company of PEGs and are known carcinogens. Normally, I'd never put such impure ingredients on my face, but I had already shelled out the cash to buy the Firming Cream, so I decided to go ahead and give it a try. I was just as disappointed by the results as I was the ingredient list. It claims to add plumpness and firmness to skin through hydration; the first ingredient is water. I already drink a significant amount of water, so this was not helpful. I followed the simple directions of applying it to my face and neck each night. After 3 weeks, I saw absolutely no visible difference.

I love this Olay Professional Pro X! It works so well. I love that it gives a little bit of shine to the skin after its use. It helps keep my skin so soft and moist. I am nowhere near looking old or getting wrinkles, but I can tell that this product is the way to go in preventing them. If used at night before bed, it helps regenerate the skin. Then, the next day my skin is soft and smooth all day long. It is a bit pricey, but I feel it is worth it to keep my skin looking young well into my later years. The payoff will be worth it down the line. Also, it is useful on other places such as my hands, neck, and chest because there is delicate skin here and it works just as well as it does on my face. It is easy to rub in and absorb and you do not need to use a whole lot so even a small jar will last awhile unless you use too much. I would recommend this product to save you heartache and surgical procedures in the future.

I have been using Olay products for quite a while now, with family members using it often for anti-aging and treatment for wrinkles. Several people I know really swear by their products and I was really happy when I tried out a few products. This one in particular has really helped me out with firming up the skin under and around my eyes. It seems that I have always struggled with problems of having puffy saggy or wrinkled looking eyes that seemed to get even worse after a late night staying up or going out on the town. After only a few weeks of using the hydra-firming cream on my under eye areas I saw such a great difference in how my skin looked and felt. Doesn't Clog Pores I only use it on my problem areas which obviously aren't prone to much acne but for where I do use it I haven't noticed any clogging. Effectiveness By the time I finished my first jar of this stuff I was completely hooked on it. I love having such an easy at home treatment.

I got this firming cream as a gift from my sitter. I always has problem with sagging skin around my cheeks, which makes me look 5-6 years older than my actual age. I love the texture of the cream. It's very smooth and silky, not heavy on the skin. After washing with cleanser, I prefer using toner, then this cream. I feel like the cream can absorb through my skin only with a little massage and gentle pressure, other wise, it only stays on the top epidermis. The scene is almost no different from other products of Olay. I personally do not like any perfumed cream on my face, so this light scene works for me. For me, with daily evening use, a jar lasts about a month. This cream would not give instant lifting magic. I began seeing result around week 3 of usage. I am starting my second jar a couple of days ago. Now, I am using it as a moisturizer for my entire face, day and night. Hopefully I will achieve a faster firming effects.

Results are not immediately obvious but it's a good moisturizer and you wake up with soft skin that looks refreshed. I think it is a good final touch to use after other serums and treatments. Let them soak in completely, then put this on after. I've been noticing a general improvement and I think adding this to my nightly regimin has been responsible for some of the difference. Even though I always used moisturizers, usually ones containing anti-aging ingredients, I still woke up a little dry feeling and had more noticeable under eye wrinkles. I do not suffer from under eye puffiness, so that was not an issue. I put this in the under eye area, not too close, as well as down my cheeks and along the jawline. I go more lightly over the chin/nose area. I also noticed some improvement in the lines around my mouth, the marionette lines. Absorption it absorbs well for a cream as thick as it is, it's not immediate like a thinner lotion would be. if it seems to thick to spread as easily as you like, I suggest adding a few drops of water to your face or ideally, spritzing with a mineral water spray, like Evian, then applying the cream. Doesn't Clog Pores never had a problem from this product. I don't have oily skin and if I did, I might use the lighter lotion version of this, but for my skin, which is normal, though aging a little, this doesn't clog pores. Effectiveness the results are subtle and this is actually my second time trying it. I use it after my serums and any other treatments have completely soaked in. right before bed I add this and wake up with soft moisturized skin. Something is making my skin look better and I've been using this at night for a few weeks now. I think it's helping with lines. Definitely it softens too.

This Olay Professional Pro-X Hydra Firming Cream is one of many Olay products that I have tried and enjoyed. I started to use creams and lotions at a young age to prevent wrinkles and stressed looking skin. This cream is one of a couple that I have seemed to have the best results with. I typically have noticed the results were most noticeable around my eye area. The cream itself smells good and rubs into the skin really well. I never have a problem with greasy, shiny skin after I use it, so I could use it in the morning before I go somewhere if I wanted to. However, I choose to use it at night just because personally moisturizers and lotions on my face will make me sweat in the heat. The only thing that stops me from using this more often is the price. It is not super expensive, but it is more pricey than another Olay cream that I use that seems to work too. I would still definitely recommend this firming cream to those who want to give their face a more healthy look. It really does help with fine lines and gives your face more life.

I have purchased the Olay Pro X Hydra Firm as I was on a quest to find a moisturizer to combat the flakiness from Retin-A applications. I just left a review for the Pro X Wrinkle Smoothing Cream which btw is a great moisturizer for night time. The Hydra Firm cream has more of a serum like texture and is much lighter than The Wrinkle Smoothing Cream but I love using it under my make up for day time. This product does not contain spf so if used for daytime I recommend spf over it or foundation with adequate spf. The slicones in the Hydra Firming Cream is what makes it glide on your face and feel like a primer instead of cream. I would compare this product to Photo Finish by Smashbox with its texture but not the ingredients. The Hydra Firming cream consists of Niacinamide which Olay uses in all of their products due to its positive effects on discoloration and hydration of the skin, Vitamin E is also in this product, but more importantly two peptides one of which has not been seen in any of the other Olay products. You may know peptides have gained more popularity in recent years and are the forefront in antiaging. The unmistakeably very best is still Retin-A.
