Cleans very well

I decided to buy an oral b after researching quite extensively and talking to several friends who are dentists and dental hygeinists.  I previously had a sonicare electric toothbrush, and I did like it but I thought the brush heads were a little large.  What I like about the oral b is that the brush heads are small (they are the small circular kind) so they get to every tooth and little crevices.  The oral b also comes with a little timer sort of thing that tells you how long you have brushed, so when you pass the 2 minute mark it will tell you how long it actually was.  The toothbrush also vibrates after every 30 seconds so you know when to switch sides.  I think that this toothbrush does an excellent job at cleaning and I noticed whiter teeth after only a couple weeks of use.  I really like how clean this toothbrush makes my teeth look and feel and in the future, I will most likely buy another oral b.

LOVE this toothbrush. The very first time I used it, my teeth felt as though I just came from the dentist...sooooo clean. After I spoke so highly of it, my husband and my mother in law went and got their own.

I know there is a lot of hype behind the Sonicare, and to be honest I love the Sonicare. However, for my personal needs, I feel like this Triumph fits me better. I have receding gum lines, and the sensor technology makes sure that I don't push too hard. I also prefer it over the Sonicare because it uses a rotary head. The Sonicare has one that goes back and forth, or at least that's the one I've used...and I don't feel like I get the same kind of cleanliness. There's a reason why dentists and hygienists use the rotary one for you at the office, because it gets plaque off better. Therefore, the Triumph, in my opinion is better for that use. I really love that the brush will literally stop if you press too hard, and there's a massaging mode to change the way the head moves. I have never felt my teeth on a cleaner level. This is toothbrush technology at its finest, and knowing that good dental care can add a year or two to your life, better take advantage!

I got the Oral-B Triumph Professional Care 9900 Smart Guide Electric Toothbrush a few months ago and I really like it.  I use the brushheads that floss and clean (though my hygienist warned that it does not replace flossing, but does a little better at cleaning between teeth than a regular toothbrush).  You don't need to brush at all.  You simply hold the brush over your teeth and it does all the work.  It comes with a timer that makes the toothbrush vibrate every 30 seconds to tell you to move on to another quadrant of your mouth (ending with a total brushing time of 2 min.)  I actually don't really like this feature because I prefer to brush my teeth a little longer than that so the vibrating annoys me a little, but I guess it helps me clean each section of my mouth for an equal amount of time.  I usually end up brushing for at least another 30 sec. after the timer is done.  It acts as a clock when it's not timing your brushing which is nice because I didn't have a clock in my bathroom before.  Overall, it's a very high quality toothbrush and I enjoy using it.  It leaves my teeth feeling very clean.
