Oster Toaster worked well for one year, then quit!
This toaster was pretty good while it worked. The different options made it very versatile (toast, warm, frozen, bagel, waffle), and it also had a cancel button that is handy for when you want to stop toasting before the timer is done. It toasted evenly. And it looked nice. But it was cheaply made. It felt cheap straight out of the box. (And it was inexpensive, so that's probably why!) Also, it didn't fit wide-pan bread very well, which is something we eat quite frequently. We kind of had to smoosh it in there, which was anything but idea. And again, it quit working after about 15 months. I suppose when I consider the price, I should be thankful I got 15 months out of it, but I miss the days when you could use an appliance for years and even decades before it finally kicked the bucket. They just don't make things like they used to! ;)
