The TC-P50C2 has just amqzed me on all levels. from picture to audio this Plasma tv just blows others it size and price away. Got it for christmas and have hooked up all my gear and the picture using the Xbox 360 or my video camera rocks

This 50 inch plasma television from Panasonic is amazing. The colors are sharp and contrast ratio can't be beat. Ideal for playing action or adventure video games. Seamless motion display great for viewing sporting events like baseball, football or basketball. The price may be slightly higher than other comparable televisions but it is definately well worth it. I've owned mine for over a year and have nothing negative to say. I wish there were more HDMI slots, and maybe a computer connection, but they're not necessary. The television is a little on the heavy side, it takes at least two people to move it, but that just makes it seem more durable than other televisions of that size. It also does not seem to have any glare, no matter how much light is in the room. DVDs and BluRays look exquisite and the different preset display modes (game, bright, vivid, theater) allow you to get the perfect look for whatever you're watching. Definately two thumbs up and a definate high rating.

The Panasonic TC-P50S2 is by far the best bang for your buck in the 50" Plasma range. Whether it's Blu-ray, Video games, HD programming, or Over-The-Air broadcasts, including sports, this panel displays all of them in stunning clearity. From color presentation to the deep blacks that let you see all of the detail in dark scenes the Panasonic does not disappoint. Even SD programming looks good on this panel. The build of this panel is unbelievable with the rear sporting a metal cover to the fish scale bevel that repels fingerprints to the best designed stand I have seen to date that firmly holds the panel. The panel provides 3 HDMI in, 1 HDMI out, 2 Component in, 2 Composite in and also supports viewing pictures directly from SD Micro memory cards VIERA Image Viewer.  Setup for the best display possible can be a chore. There are several preset modes such as Game, Vivid, Standard, Cinema and so on. Cinema tends to look the best overall when properly setup reducing the grainy appearance of the other modes. Overall this is the best flat panel television I have purchased to date. Compared to previous LCD panels, and what I've seen at the big box retailers, this panel is hard to beat.

I bought this TV for use in the workout room.  We actually spend a lot of time in this room (it's actually 2 rooms in 1) as a family even if we are not working out. I have a Samsung LCD 52" tv in the main family room. Boy was I surprised with the picture quality on the Plasma tv. It's just as good as the LCD and is only 60% of the price. Picture quality is great on both tv and knowing what I know today, I would have bought a Plasma instead of the LCD for the main family room. Cons: Truthfully I can't come up with any major ones. I can't comment on glare as this tv resides in the basement with 2 small windows. The sound is not great but nornally you would hook external speakers. Pros: Great picture quality for a great price. HDMI ports are very easy to access. So are the RCA ports. All these ports are on the left side of the TV. On the right side are the menu, volume, channel, input buttons. All very easy to access as well. This tv is connected to HD signal from Comcast as well as a PS3. Overall very very pleased with this investment.

Panasonic -TC-P50S2 50 in. HDTV Plasma TV is over all a very good TV. I bought this TV about two and a half months ago. I have it in my living room. I am using it on a daily basis now. The sound apears to be very good and high enough for me. The colors are great with a very good dark black. The fram is beautiful and looks eligant in any living or family room. It was very easy to unpack the package and assemble. It definitly needs more than two people assemble since it is very heavy for one person. Setting up was very easy as well. It took just few minutes and started working fine for me. I have Roku set up for on the television and I watch Netflex movies every night. I still have to learn more how to control the menu and opther functions on the televiion but over all it was a very satisfactory purchase for me and I wopuld recommend it to any one specially with the price being not so expensive.

I've got to start out by saying WOW!  I just received the Panasonic - TC-P50S2 50 inch HDTV Plasma T.V. as an early Christmas gift from my brother today and oh my gosh, I can't believe the difference between this and my old T.V. . . . they don't compare.  I had an older big screen T.V. that I thought produced a nice picture but now after seeing the picture on my new Panasonic Plasma T.V., I finally understand what everyone has been talking about. The picture is amazing, the colors are amazing and the sound is amazing . . . . I feel like I need to be eating popcorn because I feel like I'm watching a movie on the "Big Screen"  If you are like me and think you are satisfied with your old T.V. . . . . trust me, you are missing out!  This is a whole different experience.  The only problem I see with this beautiful Plasma T.V. is that I think my son and I are going to be fighting over this T.V. as he has already hooked up his PS3 to it and is still playing it as I sit here and type.  Seriously, if you are in the market to purchase a new T.V., I highly recommend that you do yourself a favor and check out the Panasonic - TC-P50S2 HDTV Plasma T.V. and see for yourself . . . you won't be disappointed!!

Mu husband and I bought this tv last year on the day after Thanksgiving and we are so glad we did. The picture is so clear and the quality of picture is amazing. It's bad because some days all I want to do is  watch it. Its  a little big for our small townhouse, but will be awesome when we buy a single family home. I love how slim it is and how it fits so nicely in our entertainment center. You can see all the colors on the screen so brilliantly and is so clear its amazing. I'm so glad we chose this brand. I know there are a lot oof good brands but this one just fits us so well and it is a quality product. If you are looking to be blown away then you definitely should go with this product. It never ceases to amaze me with all it cando and how amazing it is. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great tv with an amazing picture. It won't let you down. I would definitelt buy this tv again. It is a wonderful tv with a wonderful picture.

This is a flat screen television that I bought so that I could use it to watch sports and movies in high quality. The screen is very wide and when I use it to watch movies, it is like I am in a home movie theater. This television set has great sound quality that is clear and crisp. The TV also has a remote control that is slim and easy to use. When I bought this TV for my house, it was so heavy that I had to have my husband and a few of our friends help us to set it up. The set up was long and tedious but the end result was worth it. This TV has a stable base that is safe and does not shake around even when the kids are horsing around the TV. The screen sometimes gets a bad glare if the sun is shining into the living room as we are watching TV. This TV has a modern design that is an attractive addition to any home. When I watch movies on this tv I can see that the picture quality is very clear and it has the perfect screen for playing video games on.
