Pantene Pro-V Medium-Thick Hair Solutions Breakage to Strength Shampoo is one of the many shampoos I practiced over the last decade. I started using this product to give my hair some strength and shine which they deserved. Initially, I was happy with the results, my hair was starting to gain some strength, but then I noticed this constant itching I had on my scalp. To feed me some more hassle, I had got a dry, flaky scalp. I really did not understand what went wrong, since I rinse my hair very well every time I shampoo. Following this I had to bid adieu to one of the very few shampoos I liked and thought of continuing to use. But it still exists in my bathroom cabinet. Although it did not work for me, overall it's a good product for the price. Best, if used with the conditioner, it will leave your hair so soft and shining. I am still on the look for some shampoo which will strengthen my hair with no consequences.

I have tried Pantene's products before.  While I wasn't blown away by the results, they seemed to work a bit better then the other hair care products on the market.  I color my hair at home, and have recently noticed split ends.  Also, my hair seemed lifeless, dull, flat.  Pantene's new shampoo and conditioner for Medium-Thick hair for Breakage seemed to solve that.  In the past 2 weeks since I started this, my hair has more bounce and volume.  The natural waves and curls have returned.  My hair feels soft and is shiny.  The shampoo has a decent scent - pretty, but not overpowering.  It is just the right thickness and seems to coat my hair evenly with less product - a little bit goes a long way.  When I rince it off, I can feel softer hair, smoother somehow.   My love for this product waned a bit, however, when I noticed my scalp starting to itch after some time.  When I went to scratch it, I noticed that my hands smelled like dirty hair.  I guess this line wasn't quite cleaning the scalp enough - even when I lather strongly and scrub.  I guess I'll keep looking.

 I recently went to my local food pyramid and picked up this shampoo, and I love it! I Was extremely dissapointed when I heard that Pantene was reformulating their products, because even though they werent my favorite I knew they could get me by when my salon products werent available. I was expecting these new formulas to be like the new dove which have an odd effect on my hair, where the previous formula was perfect. The new pantene shampoos are very similar to the old ones. I compared the ingredients and they were nearly identical but the new ones seem to work a little bit better. If you want deeply conditioned healthy hair this shampoo can definately help you on your way to achieving it. It is also very affordable and anyone who is budget-conscious will appreciate such a high quality product for an affordable price.

I got a sample of the Pantene Medium-Thick Breakage To Strength shampoo and conditioner from P&G.  My hair had been feeling pretty rough and damaged since I blow dry and flat iron my hair pretty much every morning.  After the first time I used the shampoo and conditioner, my hair felt a lot softer and smoother.  Over time, my hair looks and feels healthier, even though I'm still using as much heat as I had before.  The new Pantene also has a great scent.

I am absolutely over-the-moon about this product.  I've used hundreds of shampoos and conditioners over the years, and I tend to be very picky about what I use repeatedly.  With fine, waist-length hair, it's difficult to find a conditioner that not only works, but doesn't make my head feel greasy or weighted down within a couple hours after using it.  I'm already a huge fan of Pantene products, so I was pleasantly surprised by how much more I like this conditioner than almost any other I've tried.  It works  (my hair already looks better, even after only using this product for about a month or so), my hair still feels clean by the end of the day  (VERY rare), and--the nicest surprise of all--the smell is INCREDIBLE.  Definitely my favorite part.  With my hair wafting past my face all day long, I really need a hair product with a scent that doesn't irritate me or make me feel sick to my stomach after hours of inhaling it.  This one is perfect!
