I'm sure this 3-part system works wonderfully, however I am only familiar with Step 1 of the system: The Skin Resurfacing Cream. Creamy to the touch, when applied to the skin, one can feel the medical grade alumina exfoliating crystals get to work without drying or irritating sensitive skin, due in part to the Niacyl Skin Strengthening System. This product also contains white birch extract and Arbutin to make up the product's Botanical Brightening Complex which reduces the appearance of past trauma and discoloration of the skin.  Wexler's own opinion on exfoliation: "Don't be afraid to exfoliate everyday. It's the key to healthier looking skin and maximizes the penetration of treatment ingredients. Use this extra-gentle microbrasion system daily to promote circulation, and to remove dead, damaged cells, while restoring skin structure. You'll uncover skin that's softer, smoother, and brighter." I have to agree that this product alone has given me results in a matter of weeks and has yet to irritate or inflame my super sensitive skin. I've used products containing aluminum oxide crystals before, and while effective, I wouldn't dream of using it daily. I believe those were of a larger grain. This microbrasion product loses some effectiveness, but doesn't damage. I'm a sadist, I want to Feel Results, mostly to the detriment of my skin. This product is definitely not lacking in the results department, yet still manages to soothe and baby my complexion. My acne is slowly but surely clearing up, and this product it smoothing out and fading old scars. I definitely recommend!
