I usually use either Garnier Micellar Water for waterproof makeup or Origins Mega Mushroom makeup remover, but this is my new favorite. I was skeptical, given that the word "gentle" was in the name. We all know gentle makeup removers that barely make your eyeshadow budge. When I wear makeup, I wear long wear with primers because I'm often gone for 10+ hours with no time for touchups. This took off all of my foundation and eyeshadow/eyeliner with TWO cotton rounds only. No repeated rubbing or irritation and my skin was clean and soft. No breakout or oily skin after either. I'd say it's a super win!

I have oily eyelids and so my eye make-up is made to stay put.  Which is great expect that no facial cleanser I've found has been able to remove all traces of it.  So I had to find a make-up remover to use in conjunction with my facial cleanser. I use Paula's Choice gentle Touch Makeup Remover because it doesn't contain any harsh chemicals that irritate my eyes (I wear contact lens) and you don't have to rinse it off with water after you use it.  In fact, it contains a lot of antioxidants that are good for your skin, so my skin feels better if I don't rinse after using it. The makeup remover is virtually odorless and doesn't have a greasy feel to it.  Once it drys, you don't feel any residue at all.  I've used other makeup removers that are greasy or don't remove all your eye makeup with scrubbing.  This is the best makeup remover I've used. I'm a big fan of all of the Paula's Choice skin care products I've tried.  (I've reviewed several other PC products on this site.)
