Wonderful Stroller!!!

5

We got this stroller for our son and have been very happy with it. It's the only stroller that the back goes down and the feet go up, making it almost like a bed. Our son has had many a comfy nap in this stroller. We've used this stroller for almost 3 years now and it's held up very well. I highly recommend it.

Peg Perego Venezia is the chariot of champions!

This stroller is major. It's not any little umbrella stroller with no features. This baby is the Mercedes of strollers. So many configurations, so many options, and really thoughtfully put together. For a new mom with a teeny baby, it's such a relief to be able to push your snoozing little one around town while sleeping flat and you watching them from above when it's set up carriage style (pram). Then, when your kid wants to look out and face the world, you just switch the handle to face the other way, so they can still have a pram but now you're not blocking their view. You can also just insert their infant car seat and cruise with it like a travel duo set so you don't need to wake your sleeping infant to get on a roll with your stroller. When they're older and want to have their feet dangling and their juice box handy, you can convert it to a regular upright stroller and adjust the reclining seat back to any number of degrees with just a click of a button. So easy. There's a great sun-shade that's up or down, depending on the weather. A detachable try for play and drinks. A detachable cup holder for mom. A removable foot cover for when it's set up like a pram. And a HUGE basket underneath for carrying enormous diaper bags and lots of gear for your older kid when you win big stuffed toys at the carnival. Only disadvantages are that it's not lightweight. If you've got to haul this up two flights of stairs every day, I'd opt for something lightweight instead. It also may say that it can fold and unfold with one hand, but I never really was able to do it (in large part because it's not teeny). Overall, a terrific, well-made, sturdy stroller that I never doubted in keeping my baby well protected and comfortable while out and about. I'd definitely buy it for baby #2. I sold mine since we didn't want to store it for what we knew would be a few years. Great resell on it too!

Peg Perego Is the Best!

5

We got this stroller as a hand-me-down and it was our favorite of our three strollers! The stroller is now 6 years old and went on to a third family and is probably being loved some more. I know that the original owner also loved this stroller. It is the most versatile stroller that switches to front and back facing - I loved that I could see my sweet boys face while I pushed, or could turn the handle around if he wanted to see where he was going for on his ride. It folds up quite compact considering it is a big stroller, and has very good storage space under the stroller. The cover can completely block the sun and the seat lays down flat. Our son took many a naps in this stroller cool and comfy. Nothing bad to say about this stroller at all!

Peg Perego Venezia Stroller Carriage

4

The Peg Perego Veniezia Stroller carriage is a great stroller. I love the canopy and the fact that it adjusts and can completly cover baby which is great if it is really sunny or windy. I like that baby can be fully reclined for sleeping or when upright, can be facing either direction. It is a sturdy stroller, but doesn't feel too heavy. The handles adjust a bit for a taller person which is a nice feature. The harness system is easy to use and secures the baby in either upright or reclining position. There is a fair amount of padding in the stroller which I think is great for the comfort of child. The child I'm using this for is only 8 months old so I'm not sure how long this stroller can be used, but it certainly seems to have a lot of room and I think could comfortably accomodate child for another couple of years. The only issue I have with the stroller is that it is a bit difficult to fold down, but that could just be me and not an issue with the stroller.

Sturdy stroller but heavy!

4

I received this as a hand me down from a friend so we used it without having much say in what we were getting! Peg Perego makes one heck of a sturdy stroller. It is well engineered and all aspects are well thought through which is what I expect since they have been making strollers for years. I love the full recline for when my baby has fallen asleep on our walks. For a non jogging stroller this has good shocks for our long walks. It has a good size canopy to shade our baby from the son and also has a lot of compatible accessories that can be bought for cheap especially compared to other stroller brands. My only issue with this stroller is its size and it's weight! It is so heavy which is expected from a full size stroller but still a hassle for a mom carrying diaper bag and a baby! I would probably not buy one for myself and would recommend to others to try it out to first to see if its a stroller that fits their lifestyle.

Peg Perego Venezia stroller: Worth Every Penny!

5

My hubby and I were married 16 years before our son came along. This gave us a lot of time to research baby products! On many trips to Disney World we had the chance to watch strollers being used in the real world. The 1st thing I loved about the Peg is that the food tray is NOT resting/dragging on the ground when the stroller is folded. And it truly does stand alone when folded. The harness system adjusts as the baby gets older and is very easy to use, nifty little "pocket" in the seatback keeps the harness in place so you're not digging around for it when you're trying to put that sleeping baby down! The adjustable handle is a great feature and all four wheels easily lock or unlock depending on which direction your handle is facing. Finally, durability. My stroller (SA model) is five years old and still going strong. Just used it a couple of weeks ago in New Orleans and will use it on our upcoming trip to Disney World. Darling son is now 5 years old (45 lbs) and has no problem having a 'resting ride' in this stoller.  And although his feet hang over the edge considerably he will still take a nap in it! Also, it is just as easy to maneuver now as it was when he was a baby. This company makes incredibly good products. (had the prima pappa diner high chair, too.) Pricey? You bet, but after you are finished with it you can make at least 1/2 of what you paid back on consignment!

Overpriced, oversized!

I bought this to go with my Peg Perego Primo Viaggio SIP car seat and unfortunately regret that decision! It is such a clunky large stroller folded up that it doesn't even fit nicely in the back of my van! It does stand up on its own when folded which is a nice feature, but it doesn't make up for its large size. I do like the fact that the handle can be switched so baby is facing the front or facing you. It also has a fill recline which is awesome for newborns and when kids are asleep. Wheels and the rest of the stroller are well constructed, but again, I keep going back to the size and the weight of the stroller which is monstruous at best! If there was a way to make it lighter, more portable and smaller, then I could live with my decision but unfortunalty all Peg Perego strollers, and other strollers that come in travel systems, are beasts when it comes to storage and weight. I know we won't be using it much longer because of that.

easy, fast and going

I bought this stoller for my son a couple of weeks ago to replace his infact stroller which is way too big and its a hassle to store and put away when you try to get in the car. This stroller when i bought it i carelessly threw the box away along with the instructions, when we tried to fold the stoller so we can put it in the car, we couldn't. Imagine five adults trying to fold a baby's stoller at the parking lot at the mall around 7:30 in the evening and it was so funny because we had to force the stoller without folding it in the trunk of my intrepid. As we got up the next morning i was trying to find out information of how to fold this stoller, i tried calling toys are us and it didnt give me any help at all. I jumped online and they have installing ebooks for each type of stroller peg perego ever made which was awesome. Because i like the stroller so much i didnt think of getting another one instead i have to find a way to fold. Its easy to operate and easy to fold. For new moms, get one of these when your baby is done with the infant stroller. It's worth the price

Love this stroller

I purchased and returned 3 other strollers before buying this Peg Perego Venezia Stroller....yes the cost is higher than most strollers but we have found it well worth the money.  I love the fact that it goes from infant to toddler.  It is light weight and easy to fold.
