I love eating fried chicken and Presto's deep fryer has been the best product that has worked for me till date. I no longer own this product but still in future I will prefer buying this brand over other brands. I used to make different items like fried chicken, potato fries, and so on and all these items could be cooked with very less oil. The food has a very good taste and is healthy as well as it is cooked with less oil. The fried chicken is so soft and crispy that my family loves it. The food does not stick to the pan as well. The product is very easy to clean and takes very less time to cool down after being used for a long time. The product comes in black and it looks elegant. I am more than satisfied with the quality of the product. I purchased this product online and got a big discount and this was a huge benefit for me. The product has a one-year warranty and I never faced any trouble with this product.

I actually bought this fryer for my son, who loves to fry everything but he moved into a very small house which does not have much counter space so he never used it. It does take up quite a bit of space on your counter. We got it out at my house when we were having a large seafood fry, fish, shrimp, hushpuppies, fries, crab cakes, etc. It does use quite a bit of oil, which can be expensive. I did like the two baskets and it did heat up quite fast. It was great to just put the ingredients in and shut the lid so you don't get popped and it was also very nice to just lift the baskets and let them drain and then dump onto paper towels. Everything fried very well and did not burn but it did take us a while to get everything fried so we had to store items in the stove to keep them warm. After it cooled down it was fairly easy to clean up and then store away. I think this would be great to have if you have the counter space where you could get leave the oil in it.

I was looking for a fryer with dual baskets so I could fry more than one thing at a time without worrying about one burning. Example chicken fingers and fries. I wanted one that wasn't costly, but wasn't so cheap it wouldn't work great. This one for sure fits the bill. It is so simple to use, and cooks the food perfectly. Nice and crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. You can make such a variety of foods, and not be tied to the fryer while you cook several different items. I also love that you can hook the baskets on the lip to drain before completely pulling it out to dump the food out. This fryer is super simple to use, and cleaning is pretty easy as well. It seems to be pretty durable and it is not huge, so storing it isn't too bad. It has several settings so you can get the perfect temperature for whatever you are making. We make fish, chicken, fries, cheese sticks, donuts, etc etc etc, with ease. There is not a lot of splattering and handles don't get hot. I recommend this if you are in the market for a decent priced fryer!

I have always wanted a fryer because my family loves fried food and this fryer was just perfect! It was easy to setup and convenient. I was able to get it going almost immediately. We love fried chicken and it came out just like how it tastes at the restaurants.. I also love the convenience of making two dishes at the same time. I think that was one of my favorite features. We have also tried making french fries and they came out all golden and crispy. Cleaning up was easy too. Though the amount of oil I HAD TO USE DID SCARE ME.

I needed a fryer but did not want to spend a lot of money for something that we are not going to use daily also I was looking for something that wasn't large too. But after I bought this fryer I am using it as much more than I thought I would. I am really satisfied with this product because I love making my own onion rings and chicken wings rather than going to a restaurant and this fryer really helped me with that. I also liked the fact that the cord can be removed and stored. Also no more burning yourself or spattering of oil because all you need to do is just put your food in the basket, close the lid and watch it cook. This is so easy to store with the oil in it and it easy to clean it up too. This was really a great product, very cheap and it's very easy to use as well. I would really recommend this presto for all your frying needs. Finally my kitchen counter was clean from splattered oil. Excellent product and worth the money.

Presto deep fryer works great for many reasons. Though I wish we had more than one for the times we entertain and have lots of food to make quickly. It is very easy to use and is like most fryers. I think that it cooks very evenly and well. It also does not take long for the oil or grease to heat up before you are ready to start frying. I have 5 children and use this fryer a lot. I think it is a lot of work to clean the unit. But probably not any harder than any other deep fryer I have owned. The plug near the unit does get hot, so it is nice that it has a magnetic plug attachment, so with a small tug of the cord it comes unplugged and you won't get burned. Our unit arrived with a removeable basket. The basket is nice and easy to use, it also is extra work to get cleaned depending on what you cooked inside. We cook a lot of fish and wild game. I think that the Presto Deep Fryer is priced to please and wont let you down. I have not had any problems with the unit working or preforming well. We are pleased and satisfied customers.

My husband does the majority of the cooking for us and uses the Presto Deep Fryer frequently.  We have several meals that make use of the deep fryer.   When we have hamburgers at home, the deep fryer cooks up a batch of seasoned fries that will knock your socks off.  When we have fish, peas, and pierogis, he uses the deep fryer to cook the pierogis quickly and it gives them a crispy edge.  So good!  When we have chicken nuggets and mac-n-cheese, he fries up the chicken nuggets to make em quickly and crispy.  Using the deep fryer is not the healthiest way to cook, but it is quick and convenient.  All you need is the oil to fill it and whatever you are wanting to fry up.  We have bought shrimp, a box of seasoning, and fried up shrimp ourselves at home.  If you can buy it fried from some fast food place, you can do it yourself with this handy-dandy little kitchen appliance.  Plus, clean up is a breeze cause you just throw the basket in the dishwasher.

Presto Deep Fryer is not only a deep fryer, but a useful product in the kitchen.  It's a chili maker, a homemade soup maker, a casserole maker, a roaster, and an all around cooker.  The temperature contols are what makes this versatie machine an all  round cooker, the temperatures are from warm to 400 degrees, making it the perfect cooker for almost anything and not just a deep fryer.  You can fry your meat in it, add water, and all your vegetables, let it cook on a high temperature till the vegetables are ready, then put it on warm and let it go for all day....PRESTO....you have a mea ready at anytime.  So it goes from frying to slow cooking to deep frying....the whole nine yards, in one product. The biggest plus on this machine is the cost, and it is very small indeed compared to the versatility of the machine.  Good looking enough to keep on the countertop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  If you have other deep fryers...Just give this one a try, and you will be amazed at the things it does.

Many nights I get home and  i'm so tired. My teens will tell me mom we will cook and they would grab some fries, nuggets, chicken, pork chops etc., clean up afterwards and it's done. Even when i deciede to have fried fish and more it's great. I have a very large family and cooking two pieces at a time doesn't work.
