The Remington All That Hair Dryer is an inexpensive hair dryer that works well and is good for traveling or if you are like me and don't have much space in your bathroom drawers or countertop to keep a hairdryer.  It does give you a reasonable amount of controls over air speed and temperature to work with.  It does not tend to burn your head like so many other small compact hairdryers do.  It is a sylish looking hairdryer and catches your eye in the store because of its red color.  Okay so those are all the positive things that I like about it.  That siad, I am ready to go out and buy a different hairdryer to replace mine with because I do not like the slant that they put on the dryer nozzle.  It directs the flow of air in a way that makes it almost impossible for me to style my hair properly and unlike other hair dryers that use an attachment to achieve this, the Remington is fixed at that angle.  I kept telling myself that I could and should be able to hold and point it differently to achieve the same direction as the ones that are flat at the end but I just can't seem to get it right.  The only thing I can figure out from my recent hair disasters and overwhelming use of hairspray is that the direction of the air flow just does not suit me.

I have had the Remington All That blow dryer for only 4 months.  About a week ago it started powering up very slowly.  The high speed would not kick in until about a minute being on.  Today, the blow dryer started smoking terribly and it smelled of burning electrical components.  I always keep the screen cleaned and there was no blockage.  I turned off, waited and tried again.  Immediately it started thick smoke again.  I would not recommend this blow dryer to anyone.

**The Verdict -** This nice little hair dryer has held up well during my travels.  It even dried the seat of my jeans quickly while I was winter camping!   **The Facts -** I bought the **Remington All That** hairdryer to replace the pocket sized travel hairdryer I was using that kept overheating after two minutes of use.  Not good when I'm travelling and already destined to have bad hair days.    It is small but packs 1875 watts of power and dries my hair very quickly.  On my last adventure which was winter camping in Michigan in February I sat on some ice which melted and got my jeans all wet (yeah, duh, ice melts when you stick your butt on it) so my friend used the Remington to dry them which worked quite well.  It dries my long, fine, but plentiful head of hair quickly and also dried my friend's really long thick hair quite quickly.  It is just as effective as my full size hair dryer but takes up way less space.  It has three different heat settings and two speeds but is lacking a cool shot button which is nice to have but I can do without when travelling.   **Star Power - ****Four stars****** This hair dryer works great and I love the bright red and chrome color.  My only complaint is that it is really loud. Much louder than my every day full size hair dryer, hence the deduction of one star.
