It does not matter how you load the washer or what setting you use, this machine will twist your bedsheet, blankets, jeans into a rope and as a result, they will not come clean. At a minimum, you will have to wash those items twice.

Sometimes I'll put items that are heavily soiled, I want them to stay in The water for A few minutes. So I'll pause the cycle and then later I'll come back and find the cycle complete. Yet the clothes are still soiled. I miss my old washing machine which I could lift the lid, come back at my convenience, close the lid & the cycle would start again.

I have had this washer less than a year and I've had it serviced every couple of months. I think everything that can be replaced on this washer has been. It is an absolute nightmare! We have to wait for a week before someone comes out to fix it, leading us to head to the laundromat. I can't go more than a month without this thing breaking down now! I have lost several pairs of pants from them getting stuck under the agitator as well! If I could give this less than a star I would!! HORRIBLE PIECE OF MACHINERY!

This is a great washer....once you hack into this sucker and make it do what it's actually capable of doing. There's a wire in between the hot and cold electrical ports on the circuit board that can be pulled out to make the hot water come out full force! Not many people know this trick. Once that's taken care of unscrew the locking mechanism on the washer loader door and lock it into place where it locks on the washer. Now it thinks the doors locked and you can always open it freely. Now that you've done all that you now have a bad awesome washing machine!

First let me say, we had bought a higher end Maytag. We kept it not even a year and sold it. It didn't clean my husband and sons clothes without at least two wash cycles. It was the HEtype, thay didn't fill up like traditional machines. We bought th is ROPER, because it was the only one that did at our local store. It was more than half the price of the MayTag. We've had it well over a year. It is used at least twice a day, pretty much everyday. I have no complaints. It does a great job. If I want to soak anything overnight., I just leave the lid open or press the button to stop it from cycling. It isn't as quiet as the Maytag was, but nothing that ms annoying.

Don't waste your money on this garbage product!!!! Your clothes will always smell terrible, and it will break down within a couple years. Save yourself the time and misery and buy anything but this piece of garbage product!!!!

Well this is a great machine because i can wash a lot of clothes in one load and this is very important because and keepme save much energy and save the enviorement, how is very imprtant for me, and have a great performance, the clothes finish perfectly and very well washed and finally yes i would recommend this roper washer for everybody.
